My daughter has the essential plan with the 15 day international calling add-on. She can't use her unless she is on WiFi. Is there a list of phone settings that can get her on roaming so she can make call and send text? She can only communicate via WhatsApp.

She needs to ensure Roaming is enabled in her devices settings. It’s usually under Network Connectivity depending on the device. Searching for it regardless will find the setting. If she is under your account. You can contact Customer Care at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile through DM on Facebook or Twitter to make sure roaming is enabled on her line. If it’s her account. She can reach out to T-Mobile by DM’ing T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter if dialing 611 from her T-Mobile number does not go through.
