Are you asking about calling a customer of a T-Mobile affiliate in a different country? (e.g. Calling your Montenegrin friend who uses the T-Mobile carrier in his country.)
Or are you asking about calling another T-Mobile (US) customer who is on vacation in France?
I am a T-Mobile (US) customer. The calls would be to another T-Mobile (US) line on my account. Calls would be between United States and Italy (where I will be traveling).
