I purchased an international roaming pass for 30 days and would started when I arrived in Hong Kong. After I landed, it does not work well and is very slow. I used only half a day, and received text messages from a text number 889 saying my international roaming billing has reached $100, and then a few minutes later, it texts me again saying my bill has reached $200. When I logged in my T mobile account, it indicates that I have used only 1.23 GB. What is going on? The T-mobile in HK is slow. Please help.
What mobile plan are you on? Be aware that Data Passes’ timing is based on US Pacific time zone.
I have the same problem here. Data pass starts on 6/13 4am , and message comes to me on 6/14 0:09am. I suspect this is a scam, and the bill does not exist on my account
