I have a project 10 million hotspot. I was able to connect it to my device however the internet is not working it says no internet connection. I have reset it and tried multiple things but always end up with the no internet connection.
I have exactly the same issue. I went to the store and they changed my Sim Card and it dis not solve the problem. The rep then told me to update my software. I did and it also dis not solve the problem. I went back to the store and I was advised to call tech support. I did but the wait is long. I’m still about to call support again.
