I would like to have my Zoho CRM use my T*Mobile phone to make calls. There are two ways this can be accomplished. One is to have a click-to-dial extension for Chrome, but the far better method is to support telephone integration with Zoho, much like Ring Central, Twilio or Asterisk. Has anyone tried or accomplished this?
