why arent my phones working
Did you pay your bill or have enough funds to continue your prepaid plans? Have you tried powering the devices off for at least 5 minutes to allow them to refresh on the network? Are you in an area with no service? Are you roaming and do you have roaming turned on in your device settings and on your account?
