Hello, I got a new SIM card but I want to keep my old phone number, what should I do?

Did you also get a new phone? If so take the old sim out of your old phone and put it in the new phone. Your account is tied to the sim.
You also can sign into your mytmobile account and change the sim card to the new one. I know they paused that last year but may of made it available again.
