Anyone have a work around for customer svc contact?…..called the last week and every time it’s more than an hour wait time…..never had this with Sprint……
Even the reps at the TMobil store just shrug about this issue and say they know…..
Is there a customer service work around....again...9PM EST and recording says hour wait. I called at 11AM EST....and wait was the same.
