Upgraded to new 5g go 55+ with new phones. Being charged for phones but plan is still the old 5gmax+. Did this on Dec 06  '23 it's now Jan 17  '24, how long does the switch take??

might take a whole billing cycle? did you make the changes within your app or did you do it with an agent?

Went thru agent, Billing starts on the 1st so I just finished one cycle. Will wait for second cycle before I return to agent.

you can contact them again to double check. personally i would contact them through either Facebook or Twitter..both of those start you with a higher tier support over the call in agents. send them a private message. dont post on their main page.
