I ordered a 5G internet service from T-Mobile on May 8th 2023
And returned the device to Irving store by Jun 8th 2023
Told the guide that I’m moveing out of the US , need to cancel the service.
I received a new bill $62.05 on June 26
I think it’s still on processing for the return and I can get a refund after that. So I paid it.
But I receive another bill yesterday…
Please see attached receipt of return device , confirm the cancellation of the service and refund my overpayment.
