I quite the line in May 2023, the second line was not removed by T Mobile, they kept me charging every month 101 $, several times i called to close the existing lines … nothing happed only promises , we will refund … once the full amony, then one month, and today on12/16 ..we are ready to pay a credit !!!
$ 20.17 So incompetent !!! five months passed, you TM are due to pay/refund $ 600 since then….i did not use those lines at all, would SOMEONE finally help me with this refund? Just spoke to David, CS… he could not help ether… how comes you dont have a history of costumers calls and so. on.
