I quite the line in May 2023, the second line was not removed by T Mobile, they kept me charging every month 101 $, several times i called to close the existing lines … nothing happed only promises , we will refund … once the full amony, then one month, and today on12/16 ..we are ready to pay  a credit !!!

$ 20.17  So incompetent !!! five months passed,  you TM are due to pay/refund $ 600 since then….i did not use those lines at all,  would SOMEONE finally help me with this refund? Just spoke to David, CS… he could not help ether…  how comes you dont have a history of  costumers calls  and so. on.  Anyway i would like to request a follow up on this from your end pls. my e mail is : henryktrocha@gamail or call 818 403 1400

This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation during the week so I suggest you try using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts.

Also remove your personal info so you don't get spammed.
