Do you have wifi calling turned on in your phone settings?
@Twilight zone Tmobile internet is frustrating and definitely different than cable.I have a Sagemcom and it has dropped daily at approximately the same time. I don’t have any answers about why. However, within ten minutes it is always back on and works well enough for everyone in the house to stream.I do not have an additional router attached. There are settings that might need to be adjusted depending on what Tmobile device you have. What kind of device did Tmobile give you? I could not get Google mesh to work in my house. The signal kept dropping.Placement can be another issue. I had the cable modem in the center of the house. The Tmobile signal is stronger by the window so I have mine in a different location.
You can also use the Tmobile Internet app to change both the name and password of the internet. When you open the app, click on network on the bottom. The names of your network will appear there. Click on the name you want to change. The name and password can be changed there. Scroll down to the bottom and save once you make your changes.
Just a thought, we have multiple phones on our plan. One number has to be identified as primary. Maybe the internet number is listed as the primary number on your account. That is something Customer Service should be able to easily verify
Yes, we have had the internet for three days and have had connection drop twice at approximately the same time both days. The third time was a different time of day but it came on 15 minutes after it dropped.
I have only had internet for a few days and I have had the same issue with internet dropping twice at the same time.
