I have the same issue, not able to track my kids usages, very disappointed T-Mobile
I have the same problem. If this is ongoing problem why the tech hold me online for 30:mins , Just running out of patience.
I have the same problem, unable to read usages since2/4. It also happened in October last year,now same again. It make the problem worse is when i called technical support seems like I was the only one have this issue. He hold me on phone for at least 30 minutes, keep apologize, but nothing has been done.
