I too am having the same issue. I was hoping posting here would help. My chromebook is a few years old yet it was working fine until now.
I had issues with my wireless printer connecting to my internet. We called and texted T-Mobile but they did not have any solution. After finally getting our printer connected I let T-mobile know how it was done. Hopefully they will add this to their troubleshooting but I doubt it. All you need to do is connect the new and old modems with a Ethernet cable and we were able to print wirelessly again. When I called T-mobile I was instructed to press the WSP BUTTON. We did not have that button, crazy how T-mobile does not know their own product. Very sad.
