If your benefit got transferred the person could possibly have done that but it may have been if you applied even a long time ago some companies are very slow and if you get tired of waiting on them a few weeks later you may sign up with someone else and they may finally get to the application and transfer your benefit away. The best way to use your ACP and Lifeline benefits if you're eligible for both is the first see if you can find all the companies which offer home internet in your area. Some have their own discounted home internet plans $10 to $20 a month without requiring you to apply your ACP or lifeline benefit.
