I would like to re add the Scam Blocking on it after it goes into effect on the 7th! How do I do that? Can I go into my account and manually get it? Or do I have to go into a T-Mobile store and get it added on from there?
I have been with T-Mobile for years and never encountered any problems/issues until the beginning of 2022 and throughout 2023. I can not connect to the internet even though I have full bars on my cellular service. I tried wifi and still encountered the no internet and you are offline error prompts. I have also done the WiFi connecting and the same prompt would come up. It doesn't matter if I am only on Cellular or WiFi, the no internet connections occurs! I have a feeling it has to do with the merging of T-Mobile and Sprint! I have been with Sprint and hated their cell service but they were cheap. By the way, it is not the VPN because I can not connect to VPN if I have no internet connection.
So, I have now no longer access to WiFi Calling. I need to find a way to have it set as Cellular Prefered even if I am using WiFi. It makes no sense! I used to have WiFi Calling. Anyone else have this problem!?
