I spent about 45 minutes today on the phone with a very nice lady, Nelsa, from TMobile regarding my current problem. Netflix will no longer let me watch ANYTHING! She tried to help me troubleshoot but it did not work. She then referred me to NETFLIX. Netflix stated that my TV model would not accept the new changes the plan has and i would have to PAY in order to view NETFLIX!
If T-mobile is offering this to its customers, they need to know NETFLIX has a scam going on. They want us to pay now that Tmobile is changing things. This is very frustating. What can i do? HELP
