I signed up for the Standard (no ads) on a Go5G Plus

When I go to benefits, and look at Netflix’s sight - it shows I should be charged $8.50

On my accounts overview I see $15.49 under Netflix as a shared add-on

I only want Netflix for my primary line, and I only want to pay $8.50

Anyone else have this issue?

It’s not the issue you think it is.  Netflix raised their prices with No adds.  T-Mobile only pays the base plan.  You can downgrade your plan and you will get advertising.

The OP is saying that they should only be charged for the difference between the standard ad-free plan ($15.49) and the standard with ads plan ($6.99).  The difference is $8.50.  From what I read, they should be able to do that.

I would wait to see the detailed bill.  If it isn’t right, contact T-Mobile billing.

I see what he was saying.

Yes he would pay the difference between the current plan from the base plan.

I just ran into a similar experience. After selecting “Netflix Standard” and accepting the change, the “Shared” add-on cost was displayed as $15.49. However, after waiting about 10 minutes and returning to my “Accounts Overview” page, the expected $8.50 monthly cost was properly displayed.
