SyncUP Trackers DANGEROUS!!!

Recently we were “sold” three SyncUP trackers. The battery lasted 5 days, so I went to return them. T-Mobile sent a UPS return form with LARGE RED letters - do not put this product on a passenger airplane!!!

I, of course, had one in each of my two checked bags on a recent trip! After all, isn’t one of the major reasons for having a tracker to find your lost luggage.  The packaging even has a nice picture of the tracker affixed to a bag!!!!!

I really want to thank T-Mobile for putting myself, my family and all of the other passengers on my recent flight in DANGER!!!!

Does any one know how I can report this to the correct governmental agency?

T-Mobile did not put you in danger. You put you in danger. They did not tell you to take your trackers on a plane. Yes it shows luggage but it does not say take me on a plane. It just shows a way to possibly find your lost luggage. as a FYI if you buy certain types of  AA, AAA, C, D batteries you will see this same warning.
