Return old phone

I have a business account and need to return my old phone after an Jump On Demand trade.  How do I do that?  I searched and only found instructions on how to print shipping labels for individual accounts.  I do not see any of those menus in my.t-mobile.com interface which the T-Mobile for Business one. 

Please help

Did you check your email? I know we often email out the shipping labels. If not, I'd recommend contacting T-Mobile Business Care so they can help with that.

I have not been able to get a return receipt from T-Mobile and really getting frustrated with being on hold with customer service, and or trying to find a solution through messaging,

I have a personal old phone that I need to return to T-mobile how do I do that?

 

I have a phone I need to return. It's a damaged phone, I have insurance on it. I already received the new replacement phone.
