I chatted with a T-mobile rep after several years of frustration with AT&T. (I copy pasted the conversation) The rep said I could submit the balance of my installment contract & T-mobile would reimburse me $800 per line (I have 3 lines) once the porting process was complete. We received text messages from T-mobile welcoming us and stating the porting process was done so I tried to submit my reimbursement request this morning but was told I’m not eligible. Just got off the phone with a carrier switching specialist(?) who told me they are having issues with their reimbursement website & to try Chrome instead of Safari, which I did and I received the same results. It says I’m not eligible. The rep told me to wait 72 hours then try again. T-mobile only gives me 30 days from receiving our SIMs to submit this claim, if I continue being told to wait 72 hours & retry that 30 days will be over quickly & I’ll lose my window of opportunity. Is that the goal? Is this a scam? Ha
I have an very old, ‘grand-fathered’ $3/per day PAYG plan. I used to add $10 every 90 days to maintain the account. I used to be able to call in to check on “dollars and minutes remaining” to verify the expiration date. Now it seems like expiration is tied to most recent usage +90 days. Can anyone detail their understanding on the current mechanisms to maintain and check on balance/expiry?
Has to b the worse most horrible experience of my phone career. Never never never tmobile. They lied and totally screwed my whole contract. Added things after I left the store. Phones were bogo supposedly. WRONG. Airpods the same WRONG> My bill which was suppose to b 140 a month is 348. Bis=g difference. Been back to store 4 times and on phone 5 times for over 5 hrs of my time. HORRIBLE
Hi,Just received the tmobile home internet modem two days ago, everything was fine until this morning when the devices would not connect to the internet.The message on the modem said download the tmobile internet app. I went into the app and it made me reconfigure the modem again.Is this normal? How often does this happen? Have others seen this?I have not disconnected my current internet provider yet, but if this keeps happening, I will probably keep my current provider and return the modem.So far, the speeds are very good, but I also need a reliable network.Any help on this would be appreciated.Regards,Joe
Is there a pay as you go plan of t mobile while I am in the us. I dont use the t mob internet nor its calling or texting much, mostly rely on wifi. Is there a plan, so that my number remains active and I can continue to receive text and calls, but dont have to pay for a full prepaid plan?
T Mobile!Looking for a couple answers. Looking to add my mom onto my plan as she’s getting older and one less thing (phone bill etc) would be good… Would there be a way to add her onto my plan and get her set up on a phone? Looking for internet, moving into new place in two weeks. Saw your new cube/block home internet option and tried to look into it. It stated that it’s not in my area, but if it’s a wireless unit, couldn’t it be anywhere? costa mesa CA is the address.
Why? I traded my 3 phones for the free phone promo last Aug. Thinking my 3 devices will be almost free. I called customer service right away when they charged me $20 something for each phone monthly to complain. Customer assured me that they will fix the problem and rest assured that no monthly devices fee will be charged moving forward. It happenned again a month after then same promises then another month again...and every month I call ( about 8 months with more than 8 rep that I talked with same promises) What shall I do now? I am tired of calling and to waste my time. How can I file a complaint?
Hi, I am out of the USA, can not connect to my telephone mobile number. To check my balance I have to give my number, than I would get a confirmation code. However, mySIM Card does not allow to get T-mbile calls! Can I get to my account just by email without telephone connection? Anybody any idea? Thanks
Hello T-Mobile Support,I manage one of the invoices for my team in UC Davis and we would like to enroll into Paperless billing, but it will not allow me in the portal.We are no longer working in the office full time so the mail is getting misplaced in different locations. We are afraid this sensitive information could be stolen if we do not enroll in paperless billing soon.Please advise ASAP.Thanks for your help.Mike Gordon
I bought 4 new IPhones last year because I started a business and wanted them for employees. I have never set them up or done anything with them. What is the best way to turn them in or what do I need to do to get rid of the service on them. I’m still making payments on them monthly? Thanks
Today I was flying on Alaska, and when my one hour of T-Mobile wifi was up, I went to click on it again. In my One Plus promo, I get unlimited GoGo WiFi, not just one hour plus free texting. There was no way to renew it. I looked up the feature and it was gone. All of my lines still had the promotion, however, each listed no unlimited GoGo Wifi, and only 10GB of hotspot.
