I called to have new services. I paid for activation fee. We changed our mind. we never active any service or account with them. We never used any thing or services. We called and cancel our request. We called them and asked for returning our money. They always say they will do in next day, in two days, in one week, in 10 days in two weeks. It is over 100days. I talked to many their employees. They probably put over 200 hours to help me and I am still in and talking with them. They got my bank routing and account number to refund me.
My nightmare started when i decided to upgrade our 4 iphone 11s to iphone 14 pro max.Tmobile was running a promotion to upgrade all lines as long as we are on Magenta Max plan.So first i went online to upgrade to avoid the $35 per line upgrade charge. the on-line site was hardly helpful, after spending a lot of time and still unable to figure out i called customer service.The rep was nice. Said that she added all lines for upgrade and added promotion to all of them . but was charges $35*4+taxes or the new phones and also had to upgrade my plan to Magenta Max to be eligible. After i received the phones after 30 day wait. i called customer service to get the mailing labels. To my surprise i was told that the promotion was only added to one line. and the other 3 phones have no promotion. so i would have to pay 1100*3. After a long time spent , the CSR talked to a manager and came up with this plan. return the 3 phones without promotion and tmobile will send 3 brand new phones wit
This Thursday I will be leaving the Sprint/T-Mobile nightmare after 13 years. I finally had enough of their “team of experts” incompetency and lying. Renewed a few months ago and recorded my conversation with my “expert”. Promised me a rate I never received and said they would take my trade in an then wouldn’t. When I offered to play them the recording, they said they didn’t want to hear it and that they weren't going to honor what I was told. Then recently they were going to get me a phone to replace my other phone which was under warranty. Its been over a month with the broken phone, and they had made up every crazy excuse under the sun as to why i still haven't gotten the phone. Today I got an email saying the red phone I ordered (I did not order a red phone) is on back order and may not be available until January. Enough is enough. Moving to Verizon with brand new phones that will work. My wife cant believe I’ve waited this long. They are lying, incompetent thieves.
Because I end up mostly receiving spam or robocall voicemails, I opted out of having voicemail entirely.However, when people call me and I don’t answer, a voice prompt now says, “I’m sorry, the number you entered is not a subscriber.”People have misunderstood this to mean that my phone number no longer works, but it’s supposed to mean I’m not a subscriber of voicemail.I have tried complaining to customer service on the phone, but they said there is no way to change this to a busy tone or to change the message. I expect T-mobile to do better!
I have the $75 post paid plan and I used an international card to charge it. The t mobile app said payment isn’t processed but the card was charged and and equivalent of $75 deducted. I don’t understand. How can I get my money back or use that $75 to pay the bill?
We went into the account to disable data from my child's line, changed it to a Kids Line, set all restrictions and finally added Family Mode. He can still access the internet and I can't seem to get family mode to work with his device.Is family mode only compatible with certain devices? And if I had data removed from his line how is it still working?

I ordered for a phone, it hasn’t shipped yet. I order with a request to trade in my old phone, which I indicated, type and IME number. Now, I have changed my mind, I have two phones. Instead of trading the one I had wanted to trade in when ordering, I would prefer to trade in a different phone from the one I had said I would trade in. Is that possible to make the change?
How do I cancel this paramount plus free prescription from T-Mobile? They have a package deal from paramount where I can get paramount plus and Showtime for $14.99 a month but first I have to cancel my current paramount subscription and my Showtime subscription. I can cancel the Showtime subscription using my Roku remote but there's no option to cancel the paramount plus prescription using the Roku remote because it was free I guess. I don't wanna keep it because it doesn't show anything live. It's not worth it if I can get Showtime in paramount plus together for 15 bucks. I don't see it on here anywhere on my account page.
I have the free years’ worth of Paramount Plus and the live part of it has never worked. I gave up trying to watch it a long time ago. I've updated my Roku box looked for updates to apps restarted my system and nothing works. For example if I try to watch NFL football on Sunday on Paramount Plus, the sound and video are never In Sync and eventually the screen just freezes. So the free years' worth of Paramount Plus for live TV has been completely useless. On Demand works fine but live TV- no es bueno.
I am a new customer to TMob, I went through thePhone sales team. I spoke with Clementina and gave her the info on the devices to transfer from Verizon to TMob. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with porting the numbers to get to the final step to be told our phones aren’t eligible for the freedom promotion. I requested to speak to a supervisor - Robert. He told me maybe I should call the sales team and let them figure it out- he’s a smart one. Just a little advice of what to do now that we owe Verizon and TMobile Thanks
Phone in Airplane mode with WiFi enabled... I often do this because my T-Mo signal at home is very bad, and because calls over WiFi just sound better… my phone said “Couldn’t setup WiFi Calling” and something about not having my 911 address for emergency calls. So, where is my account settings to I provide my address for 911 emergencies?EDIT: problem solved. Been trying to do an upgrade since yesterday and various errors with T-moble website and App. Chat help is useless.We were Sprint customers and have an iPhone 11 64gb. I select that as the trade-in to a iPhone 14 128GB. But later it shows my trade-in as an iPhone 11 256gb. The monthy payment is $5.42 for 24 months. Seems a good deal. But every time i try to check out I get various errors. Either it says technical errors, or it does not show the local store choice (for pick up) or the payment doesn’t work. I am also wondering why they show my trade in as 256gb when it clearly knows my phone is 64gb and had displayed that prior. I wonder if once they receive the phone they will change the price/discount they quote.This is alll quite frustrating as the CHat help was useless also.
