I used to study in the US and had a US number with T-Mobile, which is gonna be deactivated soon. I plan on getting a new phone number in my home country in the few upcoming days, but I don't want to lose my WhatsApp information. I know that as long as the phone number isn't reassigned and logged into a new WhatsApp account, I won't encounter any issues, but I don't know how long T-Mobile will wait to reassign a recently deactivated phone number. I would appreciate any info on this if anyone has any. Thank you.
I had a T-Mobile plan and it was the Senior 55+. My bill was never over $55. I traded in my phone for an iPhone 14 and it was tall for sure that it would not be more than $75 a month. I was reassured over and over again that it would not be more than $75 a month I’m a senior on a budget and I can’t afford more than that. They reassured me once again it would not be over $75 a month and guess what it comes to $115 a month! that’s monthly! That’s ridiculous! I called to argue about this and I could either take it or leave it. And since they already signed a contract, I couldn’t leave it because I was in a contract. So now I am paying $40 more a month than I had budgeted in. Where is that money supposed to come from? I have to take from something else just to get this. I can’t believe how they screwed me on this. There’s no compromising, there’s no trying to work this out, there’s nothing. Just take it or leave it. How many more elderly were taking advantage of ?
T-Mobile will now be saving approximately 3% monthly on every account that has been strong-armed into migrating their autopay away from a credit card. I haven't seen any announcements indicating that those savings will be passed along to the customer. When will we see those savings?
I would like to acknowledge Damian T. from the MAGNOLIA, TX location for his EXCELLENT customer service skills. He was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient with us when switching over our phone lines from AT&T to T-Mobile. I enjoyed speaking with him and he left a great impression on me as well. Thanks again Damian for your outstanding assistance! :)
Supervisor 1: Carlo Rep 2: EdwardSupervisor 2: RowelI chatted with an online representative and informed I wanted to add 2 new lines by doing a trade in for 2 devices I informed that if all went well, I would want to add one more line by doing another trade in I was going to do this via the online portal but the representative informed me that he could help make this a smooth and easy process I agreed. He processed the request and I received the 2 iPhone 15s ISSUE 1: I found it weird that I didn’t receive any box to return the trade in devices so I reached out the a representative again They informed me that I could just go to a store and have them print it out and they could mail it ISSUE 2: I went to a store on Saturday, 11/9 and explained the situation. They tried to pull up the trade in return slip, but could not find it. So they informed me to ask the representative online to email it to me so that the store could print it out. ISSUE 3: After waiting for them to respond and a lot
In November of 2022, I went in person to the T-Mobile Store at 4071 Lee Road #170, Cleveland, Ohio 44128 and terminated cell phone service for the phone number 330-344-0821. On November 9, 2023, I noticed that T-Mobile had been illegally withdrawing money out of my account. This has gone on for 12 months for a total of $643.56. The employee I spoke with is Employee 187298 I can not get a straight answer or a response when I will receive the money or if I will receive it. They have not made any attempt to resolve the issue or offer any compensation. I have all of my employee ID numbers for people I have spoke to and the ticket escalation numbers.
In September, with the release of the new iPhone 15, I decided it was in my economic interest to upgrade my cell line plan to Go5G Plus, to take advantage of service promotions and device discounts. The promotions and device discounts have been as promised, and I haven’t had issue there. My issue is that for 2 billing cycles now (and I suspect a 3rd coming soon), I have been charged as if I have a family plan of either 2 or 3 lines. I only have 1 line and have always only had 1 line. Now when I talked to support via telephone, I realized it’s important to whom you speak. I had credits on my account from the trade-in I did back in September. So when I was overcharged for 2-3 lines, some reps would explain to me that everything is actually correct because (bear with the leap in logic) I technically didn’t owe because the credits covered even the overcharging.I finally got a rep the first time who realized right away what was going on, and I was properly given a credit adjustment. To my ast

We were originally with Sprint and then got transitioned to TMobile. Upon transitioning, our plan unlimited plan with Sprint was transitioned to “T-Mobile Unlimited TI Plan w/Plus Int'l v3 - 2-10 lines.” Is this a qualifying plan for all the Tmobile promotions like upgrading phone, trade ins, etc?
So I have been a sprint customer for over 20 years never had a late payment...20 years!! My mom recently got sick n since then I have had some unforseen financial burdens and was a day late on my monthly payment after a text message that my account had apast due amount...when I didn't pay it they susspend3d my account n made me pay an extra $20 per line to get my service Connected again.. 20 years of payments n they do this to me. I'm sooo passed n disappointed that I'm considering closing g my account t n going g somewhere else.spri t has never done anything for me as incentive for being a good customer never a new phone or an upgrade or anything free to show their appreciation. They just take from me n that's it. So my question is...am I being narcissistic or feeling g entitled or just being a big crybaby for being upset about this or do I have a right to be pissed about this. Please tell me if I'm being g rediculous by expecting special treatment or something from them...as I was w
