It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the December 2022 update for my Pixel 6 Pro. Is anyone else having this problem?

Same here. February 5th update came through after 3 months of no security updates and zero helpfulness from T-Mobile or Google CSRs, despite repeated communications.

I wasn't really worried since this happened before on my Pixel 4XL, every once in awhile there's a hiccup.
I'll check on my wife's 7 to see if she is getting it.
