Wrong phone on account

Just noticed that my account says I have a Pixel 4a (5g) but my actual phone is just a Pixel 4a.  It doesn’t have 5g.   Could that be the reason I am getting terrible cellphone reception?  Could the store have put the wrong SIM card in my phone?  I recently switched to T-Mobile from AT& T and I have almost no bars on my phone in my home in suburban Washington DC!

Is it a Tmobile sold device?  My wife has a Pixel 5a5g bought from Google but it shows has a Pixel 4a5g since Tmobile didn't sell it.

The device that is shown or in some cases, not shown in your account, has absolutely no affect on how your service works and is.

Only devices sold to you by T-Mobile will show up correctly in the app and in your my.T-Mobile.com account.
