My Poor Service

I live in NW Bradenton, Florida.  I signed up for internet. Since October 2023, my internet service has been problematic and slow. I purchased a UD TV and Xbox for Christmas. Since then, my service has been deplorable. I can't access Prime anymore, movies on other services are always stopping, live shows have repetitions in them, accesses bounce to other channels. Upload speeds show 2-300 MGPS which is about half speed of world speeds are. (Didn't we invent the Internet?) Even my computer internet service has slowed down. I had Spectrum before, and they were expensive, but I never had these kinds of problems. When I call the technicians, it is SOSDD but never resolved. Is anyone else experiencing this kind of service?
