Home internet plus high upload low download

Issues that all started the moment I switched to Home Internet Plus. Ever since then, I've gone from generally fine speeds with the standard home internet plan to absolute garbage with this one.Higher upload speeds than download speeds? What's up with that? Assuming it was a hardware problem, I had it replaced. The same issues. High upload speed, abysmal download.Attached are the metrics of the router currently, as well as logs of my recent speed tests I've been doing over the course of the last few days. At first I thought it was placement, but I have no clue why sometimes the download speed would absolutely sore, like it did there near the middle of the speedtests...The equipment I'm using is the white home internet plus gateway. TMO-G4SE 5G GATEWAY WHT KITSuper disappointed considering service used to be flawless before "upgrading".

Poor Customer Support for Business Customer

I am writing as a small business owner wanting to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent business customer service and technical support I have received from T-Mobile. I have billing issues that need to be addressed and corrected and phone problems (from my recent replacement/insurance claim). My phone issues are restricting me from resolving these issues with the representative and preventing me from performing work-related tasks. As a business customer, I rely on T-Mobile's services to support my operations. However, the lack of timely and effective assistance has significantly impacted my business.I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and that T-Mobile will take immediate steps to improve its business customer service and technical support. Service in Mexico (Go5G Plus)

We are traveling to Playa del Carmen in Mexico for vacation and we are all on the Go5G Plus plan. Can anyone verify that service in Mexico is included? We will mostly be in tourist areas. Do talk and text work the same? Is 5G service available in those metro areas? Most importantly, is there anything I need to do to our phones before we go, or does everything work seemlessly?

Home Internet

Switched to T-Mobile home internet almost a year ago to save money but lately my connection has been awful! Working from home and constantly having to deal with the internet going down. My phone doesn’t operate properly while on WiFi. I’ve rebooted my router and did a factory reset and it’s still not better.

Home Internet speed Extreme fluctuations - from 800mbps to 10mbps

I have had home internet for 8 months now, and it worked flawlessly for the first 7 months. However, at the end of August, I started experiencing very slow speeds intermittently. For the past week, the slow speed has become the norm. None of my streaming services work, and I cannot do any video conferencing.I have called technical support numerous times, but the issue remains unresolved. A new gateway hasn’t solved the problem either. Initially, I was told that all the towers near me were fine. However, yesterday, I was informed that one of the three towers near my home might be having issues. When connected to that tower, the speed is slow, whereas the other two towers provide good speeds. This might be the reason for the fluctuation. Unfortunately, they don’t know when it will be fixed.Any help with this would be highly appreciated.

Poor cellular connectivity at specific location? T-mobile says it my phone. It's not.

Where I live I have 5G UC and am fortunate to have blazing fast mobile connection using an iPhone 15 pro. [screenshot of 1336Mbps]However, while I am at a town at the beach, I have 5G but no connectivity. Support has had me reboot my phone several times, even reset the network settings on the phone. No change. [screenshots of 4.14 & 7.96 Mbps] There are towers located relatively close to me. [screenshots of towers]I have tried working with T-Mobile support on three different visits to this problem location. First I was told my phone is the problem. Next time they were "working on the towers". The last time I was told it was my phone. I'm very frustrated as I have no connection to do work with this poor connection. I have tried using the support techs and tried all the things they suggested, knowing it seems that it is NOT my phone. I will be at the poor connection location later this week and expect the same issues.How can I get someone to look into the connection issues at the loc

my sony android tv has no internet

I have the tmobile internet, all my devices have connected to it and working fine EXCEPT my sony android TV. Sometimes it will work just fine but then suddenly it will say that it's connected but has no internet while all other devices are fine. I've updated my TV and tried everything I can think of. Anyone have any ideas??

why is my IPad so slow and has a hard time loading pages?

my company uses T-Mobile. so I decided to get it from my iPad because it’s fast. I don’t have to wait for pages to load usually no issues. But now I get the service for myself and I feel I’m on a dial up connection. My new iPad is having a hard time loading webpages. T-Mobile service is definitely subpar. I might just go ahead and cancel before the weekend is over. I just got it yesterday. So before I cancel my service, I want to make sure that it’s not something that I have done in settings. I refuse to pay five dollars a month for a service like this. 10th gen with essentials plan, e-sim.

my Internet will not pick up a signal now

When I got up this morning I noticed my internet was out and I looked at my router and it had no signal whatsoever so I thought where we had these flash floods and a lot of problems around here in Tennessee from the hurricanes that have been hitting that this may be it but now it's clear outside it's beautiful like there's a couple clouds here and there but not nothing serious and it's still out it has no signal could you please somebody or anybody help me on what should I do??

Updated Network Software

I contacted T-Force for an order issue and at the end of the chat the representative stated that they had “refreshed and updated the network software on their end.”Does this actually mean anything or is this just fluff?I noticed that afterwards I wasn’t getting 5GUC in areas that I was before which could be a coincidence but I thought the timing was weird.

got new sim in mail

I bought a SIM card and it says that's connected and in service yet when I go to SIM card it says phone number unknown and won't let me make calls or connect to data can anyone help figure out why

WHY can’t I easily find the restart my router like I could on the old app?  It is insane that it needs so many steps.  When I am having internet issues, I do not want to have to find a needle in a haystack of where the F&((&^% it is.  Why is it not on the main screen as soon as I open it?  I hate the new app.  It is a time suck.

Decent service

OK guys. I have been a T-Mobile customer for about 26 years. Almost as long as they have been around.At times service sucked, but I stayed around, knowing I was with a growing company and I liked their business model. Now I’m in my third year with the 5G data. I was only in the extended range area so it wasn’t super fast. I signed up anyway because i just couldn’t do Suddenlink, now Optimum anymore. My speed has been up around 50 meg, but sometimes is less than ten. I’ve heard all the commercials they have cast nationwide about highspeed internet in rural areas, but I’m finding it to not be very reliable. You would think they would want to keep a customer that has been around as long as I have and continually sold friends and relatives on T-Mobile. I think it’s time for the company to invest in their good customers and fix whatever is creating the large speed decreases in my area. Does anyone have any input on this?Jack

My phone/internet keeps going down for days on in.

My phone/internet keeps going down for days on in. The network just disappears, and only emergency calls can be made.  3 days a couple of weeks ago, then thur and fri it went down during the day but back up around 5:30 then it stayed up all weekend then Monday went down at 9am and did not come back until 4am. How do I find out if this is being fixed or if it is a permanent issue going forward. I have a hotspot device, a lifeline phone and a prepaid t-mobile phone and they all stop working so not a device issue.
