targeted promotion

I have a targeted promotion of trading in any phone in working condition and getting up to $415 off a new phone.  Anyone know how to get that to work online, or do I need assistance from a customer service person?

LAN Network printer Not showing up in network when T-Mobile is ISP.

I have a Toshiba network printer in my small office. It does not have WiFi, it is cable-connected. It does not appear in my network places when T-Mobile is the ISP (via TMO-G4SE). However, under the same setup, it appears in the same network when i switch ISP to Comcast. Both ways, all devices are wired the same. I have a Network Drive (NAS) on the same network and it shows up regardless of ISP (no switching wires or remapping the network drive)… why is the Toshiba (e-Studio 357) not showing up on the network when T-Mobile is the ISP? Super frustrating… not a good introduction to T-Mobile as an alternative to Comcast.

Ps4 can't connect to Gateway

So i actually have 2 questions, Question 1: so i’m trying to connect my PS4 to my Internet but everytime i do it times out like it cannot connect or find the connection. Is there a way to fix this? And question 2 i’ve noticed when i’m on youtube i cannot see comments and it’s because it’s on Restricted mode comes to find out i can’t turn it off because of my Network that i’m on.. how can i fix that?

Do you feel scammed by tmobile business?

Ok I’m going to be as detailed as possible so I can see if anyone out there is having the same issue or can potentially help me resolve mine.  On March 3rd 2024 I made a decision to open a T-Mobile business account for my non-profit organization. I’m a Gold Star Child which means I’ve lost a parent to the military & I mention that because it’s the reason I even was interested in doing business with T-Mobile. Many Gold Star organizations sing the companies praises & they also offer us a discount which is something I appreciate even after my less than ideal experience.  It was on the 4th that I went into a physical location in Iowa. The staff there & myself sat there for 3 hours sorting out the details. But at the very end their system in store malfunctioned & they were unable to take any payments. They told me to come in the day after next.  On the 6th I went in again & again we sat for a few hours. Only to be hit again with a roadblock that required someone with mor

HI Im really stressed out right now i warranty my phone sent back my phone with your tracking number 1Z9E86E78736404657 t mobile rep said you folks got the box but device wasnt in there and trying to charge me 1300 and now my phone is off because of that please HELPPPP im looking into getting a lawyer to help me out i have cameras footage of me going into store and giving them my phone and i paid them $9 to bubble pack it and send it to you folks as well please help

I had an iphone that i couldnt find that I bought thru tmobile and now I want to assign the imei number to the line on nmy account. how do i do that?

I had a phone that I lost or thought I did, I didn't report it at the time and I now actually found it in storage and I wanted to know how I go about assigning the phone to the line so that It show on the account.

Access point/Mesh not shipped

Hello. I signed up for the Home Internet Plus plan recently. I received the free white gateway today but didn’t receive the mesh discs. Is that shipped separately? Or did I misunderstood what it means by “Access point included” under the Home Internet Plus plan?Thanks,Farah

Phone upgrade issue

On May 2 I went to retail store to upgrade 2 phones on the account. Rep didn’t see anything available for a one military plan and called RSA support and was given a P739 promotion code which gave a 50% discount over 24 months. He hade the conversation on speaker the whole time so i heard the whole conversation.  I do the deal and we rest my old phones to factory setting wiping them clean (old galaxy phones) and they keep old phones for trade. I notice on my account the notice that the 2 trade in devices are still due. I call customer service they say they have not been received they need proof.  I go to store manager provides proof of shipping and then verifies they are at the warehouse.  Call cust care oh yea we have them but they have security locks on them and have to tell them again no phones were factory reset prior to shipping. cust care says just a min let me check then hangs up or we get disconnected after 10 min.  She calls back and states ok phones are fine and bill will be a

Issues returning equipment

I canceled my internet service and that created a mess. The email that should have had the shipping label attached to it, did not have one. I just got the “sad to see you go” email. When calling customer support they where unable to send me an email with a label, due to my account already being closed. The business customer support side of things even tried to give it a shot with no luck. Also the store near me will not accept the return due to me already starting the return though the mail. So anyone have any idea how to resolve this so I don’t have to buy a gateway I’m not going to use?

UPS Did Not Deliver Gateway

I ordered Tmobile internet and got the order and tracking number. I have been home all this week and everyday I got a notice saying a delivery was attempted. Three attempts were supposedly made and not it is saying returned to shipper. This was false, I was home. I asked my landlord to check the security camera at the times the UPS tracking said a delivery was attempted, no UPS person or van was on camera.So what now. The website says to contact Tmobile if a third delivery attempt fails, which it did. But the support phone number tells me there will be a three hour wait. I assume the device will be returned to Tmobile by UPS, but UPS cannot tell me anything because that is a “shipper’s problem” not the receiver. I have 15 days to try the Tmobile Internet and at this point, so how do I get a new one? If anyone has any ideas, I saw on other threads to use Facebook or Twitter but those accounts haven’t had any posts in a year or two, so I doubt they are active. Any suggestions will be hel

T-mobile customer service getting worse

The last two times I called 611 customer service I had to wait 1 hour two days ago and 30 minutes today before an agent answered my phone.  What is happening?  EVERY time I call now I get an agent from the Philippines - many of which don’t speak english very well.  Also, why is the call back feature gone?, that we used to not have to wait on hold and an agent would call back usually in only a few minutes.  T-mobile should bring those customer service jobs back to the USA!
