After i re-read my own post, I was hoping you wouldn’t get offended by what I wrote. My comments seemed too opinionated, and I didn’t realize you were merely responding to someone’s question, sorry ( I thought you were Trolling on the forum).T-Mobile has alot of room for improvement, I agree. And I also had horrible experiences but they were all rectified by T-Mobile... usually after I spent countless hours on the phone with customer service. You wrote that T-Mobile don’t have Unlimited Data yet... and that’s why you left... so what Plan did you have? Almost all of T-Mobile Plans are unlimited 2G/3G after you use up your alloted data and If you have an unlimited plan you won‘t get throttled until you reach the 50GB if there is congestion on the network in your area. You tottally missed out on the T-Mobile One International Plus Plan.... because that plan was truly unlimited... they discontinued that plan I believe last year. You and your family would of appreciated it. Maybe T-Mobile wi
What a great friend 😈In addition to what @gramps28 stated,The remorse period is 14 days when you buy the phone in the T-Mobile store, and 20 days if you bought it from T-Mobile.com online. Here are other things to note about returning a device (click link below) 😉https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1664#howto1
Are you really looking for loyalty discounts from T-Mobile?If you had a business of your own, would you give out discounts and FREE stuff to your loyal customers? Probably not. This is a business after all, the company want to make a profit. T-Mobile is not a Not for profit company.... Look for deals on T-Mobile website, if you were a long time customer... did you miss all the free lines they have given out to customers? I have 3 free voice lines and I have many promotional discounts and free services that was absolutely free from T-Mobile and I have been a customer since around 2008. I save approximately $3,500 per year with all of the discounts and benefits. How’s that for being a loyal customer! How come you have not taken advantage of the many T-Mobile free items and services ?
Early this month I contacted T-Force with questions regarding my data limit on 1 of my mobile internet lines.... I shouldnt have asked anything.... because a rep sent an update to all of my sim cards on my 5 mobile lines and a few days later... all of my FDFL was removed from 3 of my lines. I contacted T-Force back and they stated that they are sorry it was removed and they will put it back onto my lines... but Im waiting to get that text message that my FDFL has been renewed. . i will know more next month when it is scheduled to renew. It used to show up online as Free Data For life .20 GB available.... but now it shows nothing 😥I merely asked a question... didn’t ask for any sim card updates !
My 3 mobile internet lines with Free Data For Life (FDFL) has been successfully added back by T-Mobile T-Force Team. I‘m so happy I can see it with my own eyes ”FREE DATA FOR LIFE” when I log onto my account via the T-Mobile account website. Hopefully it won’t ever get inadvertently removed again.
I am sorry for your negative experience with T-Mobile. I have crappy coverage in my area also... but i use wifi calling for texting and calling in my house. And my service have improved drastically since 2009. If you are not getting the service you are happy with you should find another carrier that will take care of your needs (as you stated you did). As far as getting a refund, If you have any record that you Asked T-Mobile for a refund within the 14 days of purchase ... contact the Corporate Office informing them of your situation.
