I just got this and once or twice I got 50mbps for a minute or two but the rest of the time 1-3mbps download and 15mbps upload. Cant figure this out and not many settings to change. Been on hold for customer support for an hour yesterday and today and can't get through.. any ideas? Thank you When I bought my new T-Mobile service & new phone recently the sales guy talked me right into the T-Mobile Home Internet and he handed me a modem with him knowing that it doesn’t work well at all in our area. It was so slow I couldn’t even stream a simple video and we tried every location in our home and still only got 1-2 bars to show up. I kept it for less than a month but when I cancelled the home internet I still had to ship the modem back by mail instead of just taking the modem back to my local T-Mobile store. It’s pretty bad when our CenturyLink Internet works better than their T-Mobile Home Internet.

I’m not responding especially because it came in at 2:26 am thanks Yes I received the same exact message except mine said to call JAMES. It’s obviously a Scam and I have my phone set to automatically block & report scam calls & texts and my phone automatically sorted this message to my spam messages. I am amazed by how many scam messages I receive and I have had my new T-Mobile service & new Phone & new # for only about 2 months so far.
I got this in a text. Good news, T-mobile network is giving out promotion of $1500 to all the user of our T-mobile service for covid-19 relief bonus due to bad network as compensation, Kindly text YES to Mr. Daniel at (304) 584-7453 to claim your payment now. I have not clicked on it I received the same text message except at the end mine says “you can text JAMES via (210)201-5112 to claim today .Thanks”This is obviously a SCAM and my phone automatically blocked & reported this text message. If you set it up you can set your phone to automatically block & report Scam calls & texts.I have had my new phone & new phone # & new T-Mobile acct for about 2 months now and I receive so many Scam Calls and Scam Texts it’s not even funny.
My Scam Block settings are definitely on but it did not block a private number that I positively know that it’s a Scam Call pretending to be Amazon!😡
