Same here but different issues related to store story is one promotion and t mobile corporate another. I cannot believe the time spent trying to correct or change plans or lines and NO ONE actually follows through on what they say they will do on the calls or chats or in person. I will leave this company as soon as possible even if I have to pay double to not deal with this month after month.
We are living the same nightmare. No one answers questions the same way twice and they deflect deals made at T mobile stores from T mobile policy. We are charged on and on for lines or devices that were supposed to be free with plan we chose and now our bill is twice what it was with another carrier. I will tell everyone to NEVER use this company and I am doing everything including paying a premium on all devices to get out of this company. How can this be allowed?
There are not enough words to convey how many calls we have made and actions taken to resolve multiple bill disputes. We changed carriers to join T mobile and this is the worst experience we have had in our 60plus years on the planet.
