Well 23 years has my 21 years beat however I can agree the Business customer care is a complete joke.Since 5-22 I haven't been able to login to see a bill was able get on auto pay then. Since then I have been getting the run around. After my dedicated Business care rep closed the ticket today I get to start over again.
Today I was speaking to a business customer care supervisor, asking about what call center I was previously called by and was told it was in the Philippines, the same call center she was located.
