In the process of testing email-to-SMS to my own phone number, TMO has apparently decided that my email address is a spammer and has blacklisted me. So I need my email address unblocked.
Is it possible to port the number out on my current account, while keeping my plan and getting a new phone number for it. No guesses please. This question is for an employee. If it’s not possible, what about - as a work-around - getting a 2nd line on the account, but porting out the number on the original line?
As a Sprint customer, if I try to chat with T-Mobile Customer Service, I’m redirected to the following page:https://www.sprint.com/en/landings/chat/chatwithus.htmlThere is never a chat button on that page. Sprint CS is available for chat 0% of the time.I also shouldn’t be barred from chatting with T-Mobile CS in the first place.
