Anyone have a work around for customer svc contact?…..called the last week and every time it’s more than an hour wait time…..never had this with Sprint……Even the reps at the TMobil store just shrug about this issue and say they know…..
Very frustrating dealing with customer service…….my family and I were with Sprint 20 years, and now with T Mobil since buy out…..simple request to T Mobil...that all of my 7 lines (kids and spouse) be accessible on one account….one log in…..since I am the primary……. however, it sems too complicated for T Mobil associates….Asking the community….any ideas to avoid 7 different log ins any time that I want to check the bill, etc…...
