WHO ELSE WAS SCAMMED ON REBATE CARD?

I switched to TMobile in October, especially because of the $150 rebate card. Since then, I have had to call TMobile a dozen times, I’ve had a dozen chats. . .AND STILL NO REBATE CARD. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this morning after ANOTHER chat yesterday promised to call me and “get this taken care of” because “it’s not like TMobile.” Surprise surprise. . . no phone call. No rebate card. I assume that there a lot of people out there who never received their card, especially those unwilling to try and contact TMobile two dozen times in order to do so. WHO ELSE HAS GONE THROUGH THIS?

Worst Customer Service Rep

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a chat support interaction I had on September 12, 2024, at 6:07 PM with a representative named Xarina.Xarina provided incorrect information regarding my device installments, telling me that I had an additional payment due despite being informed earlier that this month would be my final installment. When I tried to clarify this, Xarina repeatedly advised me to wait for the bill to generate, rather than addressing the issue directly.Eventually, I spoke with another representative who explained that the system would update correctly on September 21, 2024, due to the installment start date. This was helpful, but it was frustrating that Xarina could not provide the same clarity and instead offered unhelpful advice.This experience highlights a need for better training and accountability for your support staff. I hope this feedback helps improve your service.

When I was getting the T-mobile plan, You told me,- I would have unlimited phone call and unlimited text messaging. And the price would be only $40 for me as a low income pensioner. You charged me $55. Why??? I am very disappointed!

How to close SIM Protection in website

When I try to transfer my esim to my new phone. I can not continue, customer told me to close SIM Protection, I try to visit T-Mobile website, because I use a prepaid account I can’t use application. But SIM Protection page show: Oops, something went wrong.Sorry, we’re experiencing technical difficulties right now and can’t help with your request. Please try again later or call a Care Representative at 1-800-937-8992Okay I contacted this number and 611 but still can't turn off the protection, this is really stupid.Do they make me wait? I have been waiting for 2 days and still can't turn off the protection, this is really a useless feature, can't T-Mobile technicians solve this simple problem?????????

Costco $75 gift Card

I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion. They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile Customer service there was no record of that offer.

Disappointed Service

I have had to call in on multiple occasions due to being locked out of my account from someone entering in the wrong password repeatedly an having me be locked out of my account. I have had several DCM codes and for those who don’t know what those are it’s third party transactions being charged to your account. I have had issues with my Google accounts being hacked, I have had issues now with several apps being accessed without my permission and so forth. Now several months ago when all this first started I called in and told them and I was told to just delete everything and don’t worry about it, fast forward about a year roughly and things have gotten so bad that I am literally locked out of my account on a daily basis. My first question has anyone besides me been having problems similar to mine with this cell phone company, and my second question does anyone have any suggestions for me since I have been a T-Mobil customer over 4 years now? I don’t want to get rid of the service yet I

Unable to logon using t-mobile.com as it goes in a loop

Whenever I am trying to logon using t-mobile.com, after entering user credentials and the security code, it goes to the dashboard page and in seconds redirects me back to login page.I have tried this on multiple browsers and in-Cognito mode as well but no success yet.

Been trying to sign in for Now Pass. When it asks foe my phone # on I don’t have a tmobile # yet. CS not helpful. I’m need to switch carriors but if this much trouble already, maybe T mobile is not for me. Any help guys!

Tmobile.com: Payment history not displaying amount paid

From Tmobile.com, under My account dropdown, there is Account Activity. Here you can see payment history. It shows the date, phone number / line, and description of payment, but the amount to the right for nearly all payments just shows “-”. It used to display the actual amount.How can we make Tmobile aware of this issue so they can fix it? It’s been broken for several months.

I have had my T-Mobile voice mail set up for many years. When I tried to connect to my voice mail on Aug 6th 2024 Philippine time. My voice mail asked me to hit star if I had a voicemail account? Can I file complaint against a customer service representative?

Customer service representative “Johnpaul” has no respect for people’s time. He replies to each of my text immediately with “okay” and then disappears for the next 20 minutes before he replies with anything meaningful. Such back-and-forth has been going on for at least 10 rounds (so 200 minutes altogether) before he says “there is no solution. call tmobile customer service number.”Is there a way we can file complaint against such bad service?

Problems with linking my internet phone number to my t-mobile ID

So I was trying to set up my online account to pay my home internet bill. I received the email to set up my T-Mobile ID and followed the steps and everything was fine. Until I got to the portion where it asked for me to put in the phone number. I put the phone number in and it told me that this phone number was not connected to my email address. So I went into my nearest t-mobile store and they told me that they could not help and that the email was probably typed in wrong and to call the help phone number line and have the email fix. So I call the help line and spoke to someone and they told me that I didn’t have a t-mobile ID setup and that I would need to have that setup before I could put in the phone number. So I go online and and go through the entire process of trying to set up a t-mobile ID, I get through putting in all of my information and then I am told that I already have a t-mobile ID. When I get to the part of adding the phone number for the home internet account it says

How is it that you can be on the phone for 1 hour 20 minutes, talk to 4 people, 2 of them supervisors to get one name taken off who left the account a year ago and leave one of the remaining people on the account as the head of it? Instead one supervisor said "oh yes we can do that" I asked " it will be left as the sane account just a different account manager right?" Them...oh yes that's right. Well NO! It was not right! After we got transferred to 3 other people it ended that they wanted to make it a new account! Of course they did and charge more, because we are grandfathered in to the account we have now and they are no others like it both price and what we get. So how hard is it to take a name off who has left T Mobile and make one of the remaining people manager? MUST BE PRETTY HARD! BECAUSE IT TOOK 1.5 HOURS AND NOTHING LIKE THAT COULD HAPPEN!! You guys are lucky your service is better here than others because I would drop you like a hot potato! All 3 lines plus wifi router!

Change existing 2-factor authentication on prepaid

I have two-factor authentication (TFA/MFA) set up with an authentication app for my prepaid account. I just got a new phone and am trying to find how to switch the codes over to it, but I cannot find where to make the change. I can’t remember how I set 2FA up previously, as it was several years ago. Does anyone know how to do this?

How to Remove or Reinstate 2FA Google Authenticator

I am a prepaid plan user and set up a 2FA method through Google Authenticator (GA) when registering my T-Mobile account. As setting up, I received an email stating:"If you didn't make this change or want to remove this feature, please visit us here. If you have additional questions, please visit us here to message or contact Customer Care."I thought I could get help from T-Mobile if I encountered any problems with this 2FA method.Unfortunately, I lost the device that stored my Google Authenticator codes, and I don't have a backup. I want to remove or reset the GA method tied to my account. I've contacted several customer service representatives about this issue, but none have been able to help.Although I can log in to my account using a different two-factor authentication method, such as SMS, I still want to remove or reinstall the Google Authenticator method. This is because if someone gets access to my lost device, they could potentially use the GA method to sign in to my account.I h
