For last week’s T-Mobile Tuesday St Patrick's Day $5000 sweepstakes game, I played it and a screen popped up saying I Won and that was it. No way to contact or know what to do next. I reached out to T-Mobile support and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I luckily got a screenshot just as it faded away. How do I claim the sweepstakes win?
Has anyone else noticed that the Starz T-Mobile Tuesday 4-month trial for $1.99/month isn’t working out that way? The trial was supposed to be “$1.99 a month for 4 months, starting Jun 26, 2023,” but Apple sent a “subscription renewal” email message stating, “Starting Aug 26, 2023, your subscription automatically renews for $8.99/month.” in the very same email message is this: “$1.99 a month for 4 months, starting Jul 26, 2023” When I asked Starz about the error, they pointed me to Apple and Apple support (so far) refuses to acknowledge the contradictions in the renewal email message! So…does T-Mobile have any responsibility here? After all, the original trial confirmation and renewal emails both contain “STARZ® Monthly (T-Mobile)”
Why does TMobile Tuesday offer free 6 months of Apple TV+ and states in the fine print it's for new and qualified existing customers but then try to redeem the offer on tv.apple.com it says It's only for new customers? How do we fix that issue? I tried apple tv for the first time when I used the offer in the past and now pay $6.99 a month so since the fine print says new or qualified existing customers why can't I get the deal?
Can I get T-Mobile Tuesdays if I just have the plan for the SyncUP Drive? I have a phone number with my account for this, but it asks for a code that it sends to that number but I don't have a smartphone plan with that number. That number is just the number they gave me when I got the SyncUP. I have no cell phone with T-mobile.
Did anyone have an issue with using the $5 credit for Boston Market from last week’s T-Mobile Tuesday? We tried using it last night- I ordered a chicken pot pie which was $8.99 here. When I showed the person at the counter the promo code, they told me the code only works for a minimum $20 purchase. We asked when this started (since we used past Boston Market promos in the past without any $20 minimum purchase), and another employee said “it started last week”.I checked the fine print for the T-Mobile Tuesday promo and it did not say anything about a specific minimum purchase required. Then what was fishy was the employee then told me, oh the code works if you make a minimum $10 purchase. Did anyone else encounter this?
I received an email claiming to be from The T-Mobile Redemption Center via docusign. The subject is "Reminder: T-Mobile Tuesdays Week 364 Prize Notification". There is a link to a docu-sign document. I do not have any messages in the The T-Mobile Tuesdays app saying that I won. The body of the message says: The T-Mobile Redemption Center email@example.com Congratulations! You have won a prize in the T-Mobile Tuesdays Sweepstakes Week 364, subject to verification. Please follow the instructions in this DocuSign notification to complete the Declaration of Eligibility 6/14/23. Failure to complete these forms by this deadline will result in the automatic forfeiture of the prize. I received a text from T-Mobile that was a picture saying “Congratulations... You're one of the lucky winners of our Mobile Network. Get $1000 weekend gift. To redeem your gift, text your Full Name to…..” I don’t know if this is a scam, or if I actually won. I also registered my email in the sweepstakes but I got nothing there
Pluto app will not open after I installed T-Mobile Tuesdays benefit on two separate Roku devicesAfter I redeemed and installed T-Mobile's "Free hit movies and exclusive viewing experiences" benefit found on T-Mobile Tuesdays, neither Pluto app on two separate Roku devices will open. ???? I have deleted and reinstalled the apps, updated Roku, restarted the Roku app, etc., etc. to no avail. My Pluto account works perfectly on other platforms: Android phone, Mac, Windows PC, etc. The issue is limited to the Roku TV apps on two Samsung TV's. Sheesh! I had installed the T-Mobile Tuesdays update for the Pluto Roku app late one night; and, the T-Mobile "benefit" worked perfectly: free movies, on demand, with no commercial interruptions...just as T-Mobile promised. The next morning (and, henceforth) the Pluto apps start and immediately crash and close. Any ideas for a solution? Thank you very much. --Don in Amarillo
As a T-mobile customer I received the following offer: "Enjoy a 90-day free trial of Grubhub+ and get unlimited free delivery on orders of $12+." I signed up. It was a scam. Here's why: I tried to order the Impossible Taco Salad from Rubio's. At Rubio's it's priced at $10.99 plus sales tax. When I ordered it on Grubhub it was priced at $13.49 + $1.35 sales tax + $1.48 Service fee + $2.50 Driver benefits plus they asked me to add voluntary tip + the driver left my food at my neighbor's door instead of my door. I ended up paying $18.82 instead of $12.34 (Rubio's food price + tax) which is an addition of $6.48 or 52.5%. What a scam!
Hi! Does anyone know how to log in to the T-Mobile Tuesdays app if you only have their home internet plan? I did a chat and the agent confirmed my account was eligible; but could not tell me how to log in. The app only accepts phone numbers; but I do not have T-Mobile for my phone. I tried the phone number I associated with my home internet account and that did not work.
I took advantage of the T-Mobile Tuesday deals to snag the free years of Paramount+ and MLB.TV, but I think my willingness to tolerate 7-10 router reboots a week (which always seem to happen during work Zoom meetings) is over. If I cancel the T-Mobile internet, do I lose my free access to those services or do I get to keep them? And for anyone who has canceled or tried to cancel, how many hoops did they make you jump through to do it?
Shell Oil bought Russian oil at a discount fueling the Russian invasion, when the rest of the world is trying to stop Russia from murdering innocent Ukrainian civilians. Is T-Mobile going to drop Shell from their promotional T-Mobile Tuesdays? As a matter of protecting the innocent, it seems like T-Mobile would be wise to distance themselves from Shell.
I have a Galaxy S21 Plus. I’d been using the T-Moble Tuesdays app, but now it won’t load. It would say “loading” with a swirly circle.After uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, I’m prompted to enter my phone number. When I press “Continue”, I see another “Loading” swirly circle. It stays a while. I receive a text message with a confirmation code, then get an error message which says “Sorry, looks like we need a moment … T-Mobile Tuesdays is getting some updates. Please check back later.”How do I get this app working again?
I only have Tmobile home internet service, which they gave me a “phone number”. That phone number is not connected to a phone, basically just an account number. How can I participate in the Tmobile Tuesdays??? Because it wants me to enter my phone number and then it sends a verification to that phone number. But that phone number is nothing setup to receive a text message!
