Calls Dropping and Audio not coming through
Not certain if this is a T-Mobil or Apple issue, so I’m posting this on both. This issue started suddenly three days ago, I can call people and it’ll ring and even answer; however, I cannot hear people speaking. They are able to hear me, but I cannot hear them. This audio issue only exists through calls. I can still play videos, music, whatever and hear it through my phone. Occasionally, the call will drop as well. I have updated my phone. Restarted it. And even reset my network settings to no avail, I have all my bars at the top of my phone. Any clues what the issue may be?
I was looking at my bill ready to pay it and yet its $40 more than last months charge which was only $211. I still don’t even understand having to pay a premium for a phone I got robbed for. But now my bill is reading $255. I have made no changes to my account whatsoever and yet here I am with another charge.
T mobile Internet speed?
I'm currently experiencing very slow internet speeds with my T-Mobile connection, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue. It's becoming quite frustrating because it's affecting my ability to browse the web, stream videos, and use my apps effectively.I've tried resetting my device and network settings, but it doesn't seem to be improving my internet speed. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks for improving my internet speed with T-Mobile.I'm hoping that someone in the community has experienced a similar issue and has found a solution. I'm open to any suggestions and advice that you can provide. Thanks in advance for your help!"
recent Alaska users
I am about to go and spend a year in Alaska working. I was Sprint but now on the T-Mobile network. When I spoke with T-Mobile today they said when I go through Canada to turn on roaming and the only charge would be for calls at .025 per minute. Everything in Alaska is no charge. I will be in Anchorage and the coverage map seems to show good coverage. I am looking for recent or current users in Alaska that can provide feedback because I know T-Mobile has been working on coverage issues in Alaska so even if it was a month ago, the experience could be out of date. Do I still need to be on roaming in Anchorage? What have been your experiences with service and doyou have any tips or tricks? Some of what my agent was saying was not clear as she was not as good with English. Thank you!
did i get lied to?
Did I just get lied to by the sales associate? I was in the store getting a new phone with the promotion they have for the free 14 when the associate tells me that they are also running a similar promotion on the 7 series watch. He tells me with a new phone purchase and activation of a digits line I can pay a total of 10$ a month for the digits line and get a basically free series 7 watch because they will credit me 18$ a month for the watch. Now I’m logged into my account and can’t find no such thing. I see the credit and promotion for the new phone but it looks like the watch is going to cost me 33$ a month. Am I just not seeing something or did he lie??!
help with logs.
This is only happening to one number I call or message. My troubled 15 year old. My calls show up on my log yet not one of my text do from a second phone they have. So if I text two messages back to back to two different numbers from my phone the log will either never show the second line or will show my line twice. Why? And at this time apples IM is not on either device just using the regular text messages.
Solo puedo navegar y usar “Internet” mediante Wifi. Por favor ayuda.
Is it possible to activate an international model Apple Watch (Series 6 or 7) on a T-Mobile plan?
I need to upgrade my Apple Watch, and due to near-future plans, I know I will need the LTE bands from an international model more than I need the unique US model ones now. However, it would be nice to upgrade now and use it in here in the meanwhile. I realize I will be missing one of the extended range LTE T-Mobile bands, but I don't think that will affect me much. Anyway, the question is, has anybody activated (or does anyone know if T-Mobile will allow us to) an international model Apple Watch on a watch line? It should technically be possible, but I’ve read that some carriers in other countries don’t allow US models to be activated while others do, so I’m wondering what the T-Mobile policy is.
I have an unlimited plan I get high speed up to 40gb. I use this mainly for tv streaming and some online gaming. I have not had any issues at all with buffering etc, resolution is just low which is expected. Recently received messages that towers I mainly use were being maintenanced. Ever since it was completed I cannot stream any tv, it buffers every minute, if that. I have reset everything switched from 5g/lte all of that, updated all of my devices i connect and I still cannot get anything to work. To clarify this is the hotspot I use from my iPhone. I’ve never had these issues before even when using lower speeds.
How can I add my existing Apple Watch to my account?
I would like to add my existing Apple Watch to my cellular account, but can’t find any way to do this online. I can add a tablet or additional phone, but I don’t see an option to add a watch unless I buy a new one through T-Mobile. Can anyone here point me in the right direction? Thanks!
Using Network pass in the US as someone who currently resides in the UK
Hello,I am set to travel to the US in the coming months and possibly move there soon after. Upon landing, would it be possible for me to apply for the free 3 months of Network Pass so I can try out T-Mobile’s network whilst I am there?
is there a transfer fee
I bought an unlocked phone off of Amazon, cause it was the cheapest. I’m currently on my mothers plan and worried that there will be more expense, and a transfer fee (my current phone the one I’m using to type on this is fully paid off.) cause I wish to transfer this phone number and stuff to the new phone when it gets here?second question, I got a Apple Watch that I’m still paying for currently I’m 17 turning 18 in June, could I transfer the Apple Watch to my own plan?
