For those of you who have upgraded your Android phone to an iPhone via the online purchase at T-Mobile, was the switch from physical SIM to eSim smooth? Did you have to involve T-Mobile before activating your phone? Also, what kind of experience did you have with the Move to IOS app? Thank you!
I have been a customer for 15 years and was happy in general, but recent (Over a year ago) transaction changed my perception and I personally will be very cautious about future transactions with T-Mobile if I cannot avoid transacting.It was unprofessional at every stage:The order was not recorded properly and had call back after a week to reorder. Shipping label was not sent had to call to get it. TMO GRC sounds like a black hole as it could not be traced once there. Multiple calls and promises to get back with information results nothing and no call backs.Time goes by and at the end the associate enlightened me that it is my fault to not follow up frequently. One questioned me if I am making up as they do not have a record of sending a shipping label. If you had to transact: Keep copy of the shipping label, take screen shots of tracking, and create a folder with all the information like IMEI number, date sent, date received, etc. as you do not know what you will asked for. Hello, I am trying to set up notifications for my child’s school app and one option is to have notifications sent to my phone via sms where it has been using “<my t-mobile phone number>@tmomail.net”, however it is supposed to then send a 4 digit code to my phone BUT I never got the SMS. Does t-mobile block these? How can I access messages sent to my “@tmomail.net” address? Again it has been well over 20 minutes and I am not seeing any text with a code on my apple iphone 11 (latest iOS). Is there any place else to read messages sent to tmomail.net? Please help!p.s. I saw some instructions which says to log in on my desktop and go to “Click on the "Connect and Share" tab in the upper section of the main account section page. Under "Connect and Share" select "E-mail" or "Configure E-Mail."” BUT I do not see any such header with “Connect and Share”Thanks!MJ

I received a text message from “T-Mobile” stating that they’ve received several complaints about my phone sending spam txt messages. I panicked and clicked the link. It took me to a “T-Mobile” page that was red and alarming saying that my account would be deactivated and I would incur expensive fees if it wasn’t fixed. Then took me to a chat page where they claimed to scan my phone and said the messages below came from my phone. Then said my phone has been compromised and sent me to a malware site. The messages are below.
Are backorder dates accurate? Sorry I am new to this but I saw that the Iphone 15 pro max backorder estimated ship date for Black titanium and Natural to be October 3 - October 17. That seems really fast compared to apple’s website. It is a false expected ship date?

I wanted to delete a watch line that I have on my account. It costs 10 bucks and it really does not do anything. I have tried to use my watch when my phone is out of range and messages do not go through. So i feel it is a waste of money. How do I delete or cancel these lines? Do I have to call or is there another way to do this without having to call?

Hello T-Mobile and Community!I have an interesting story. I ordered my iPhone 15 ProMax - White from T-mobile on Launch Day (9/15/23 @ 10:30 AM) on my Account. I am still waiting and it says it should be shipped by October 3rd.My wife ordered the SAME EXACT phone the next day (9/16/23 @ 11:30 PM) on her account. She did order a regular sized Pro on launch day and then decided she wanted the bigger one, so she reordered the next day. It initially said November delivery.She got her phone on drop day (9/22/23), and I have no updates on my phone. I called T-mobile, and they were like, yeah - no clue, sorry. Same shipping address and everything. It is so frustrating that T-mobile and their system would not fulfill orders in the proper sequence. I am still waiting with no updates and just a “too bad, so sad” from T-mobile.

One of the phones on my Magenta plan has suddenly begun blocking Google.com and google searches while using mobile data, across all browsers. It allows it on WiFi. All other Google services (Google Maps, Google Play) work but not google.com or the Google search app. I removed the parental controls I had set up on it and it allows Google some of the time, but still blocks it half the time. Any suggestions here?
I purchased the iPhone 14 pro max on day one pre order during the crashing issues .. and got the shipping date for the 16th to be delivered but when I track my package it says that i have backorder items . But the delivery date is still the 16th … could that change when it comes closer or what ?
The previous topic about this problem was closed with a generic “make sure your software is up to date!” message, so here’s a new one. My Series 6 watch (with the latest software) will not connect to cellular. I’m paying for it, I have reception dots, it’s worked with previous watches, but this will not connect. This is still unresolved and judging by that closed thread, a lot of people are wasting $10/mo on this. It either needs to be fixed, or we need to be refunded for the past several months of watch data.
What am I to do if my old iPhone is broken and I need to transfer my new phone number to it? Since I can’t turn it on, I can’t use that old phone to help transfer the number in any way.

hi all! so i ordered my iphone 14 pro max (deep purple, 256 GB) on 9/17. it said tmobile had it in stock and my card was charged just shortly after… it was confirmed by a tmobile rep that they only charge when a phone is getting ready to ship, but she also tried telling me at first that my card was NOT charged. i explained how funny that is considering there’s a charge for it on my bank statement. anyways, the iphone 14 pro max keeps going in and out of stock and idk how true that is especially since my phone has not shipped yet. i was given an estimated ship date of 9/17-9/20 but then it changed to 9/18-9/20 and hasn’t changed since yet. idk, what the tmobile reps are telling me just seems fishy. idk why my card was charged when my phone hasn’t even shipped yet. any one else had/having these issues?? should i be getting my phone soon? i have yet to receive any tracking info. it still says my order is being processed

We have noticed that sometimes voicemail messages meant for one person end up on another person‘s phone. For example, I got two voicemail messages that were meant for my wife on my phone this morning. How does this happen, and how do we stop it?
