Many times while at home or work I’m connected to the wireless internet like most people. And many times I have missed calls, voicemails where it never rang and texts from friends that say “hey tried to call you it went straight to voicemail” It definitely doesn’t ring or alert if I am already on a call, don’t know if Wi-Fi calling can handle call waiting?? Anyone else had this issue(s)?iphone 14 pro, also happened on iPhone 12
My phone is about 4 months old. This morning it just stop working it will not power on at all. I try changing the charges because that’s what I though the problem was however I was wrong. I plugged my ipad its charging perfectly with that same charge. I also try my husbands and it also charges my ipad and his phone but not mine. I have insurance however can T-mobile replace it? I do not want to wait for them to mail out a phone.
Hi Everyone I bought two iphones from costco recently under the Buy 2 P3 wherin I (current T-mobile customer) bought a new iphone 13 pro max and got my wife transferred to T-mobile. She has the other new iphone I bought. Both of us are on different family plans. I had confirmed from the mobile kiosk that there were only two condtions. I had to fullfil - buy two phones and get one new line in T-mobile that I did. However T-mobile is not honoring the promotion saying that the phones are not active. Both the phones are active and on T-mobile. I have provided all details including costco bill and IMEI numbers of both phones that are active on T-mobile. Anyone else facing the same issues and can suggest how do I get the rebate.
I have contacted T-Mobile customer service (877-778-2106) and they indicated that my device has been unlocked. But I tried to wipe my device and replaced the sim card of another operator, but it still doesn't work, it's still locked, how can I do it? my iPhone IMEI 351671393327807
My phone is tied in with all my financial apps. It’s for added security, meaning when I log in to ; let’s say bank accounts my bank’s app sends me notification to my phone to make sure that it’s me trying to log in. Would this service be affected while I’m in the Philippines. I do a lot of financial transactions online and this is very important. Please give advise on what I should do.

My T-mobile iPhone has been purchased for more than a year and has no bad record. Now that I'm back in China, the sim card is locked, which brings me great trouble in daily use. Can you unlock it for me? IMEI: 356514413692591, thank you very much, emil: We look forward to your reply.
I had and Iphone XR that was damage and I send to Assurant to get a replacement. I got the replacement back. But UPS lost my return and now I getting charges $299.40 because they didn’t receive the return + $100 deductible. Total of $400. Now is nothing I can do because when I found out that they didn’t received my return I was already bill for it but I found out to late, I can’t make a claim in UPS because more than 60 days already pass. I still have the receipt that UPS gave you when you go in and give them the package but is useless now. This all feels like a scam to me. I just want to put out there for people to be careful when sending a return phone. Looks like I’m not the only one, I see other post same as me.
This is my deal. Last Nov I did buy one get one Iphone 13 from my local T Mobile store. Unfortunately I bought 128GB phones for my girls and they now need 256GB. I have a balance of $470 on each phone - though one is being paid for with monthly credits from T Mobile - so that phone isn’t really costing me anything. My question is… what is the best way to go about upgrading the 128GB to 256GB. I don’t care if its a used/refurbished Iphone 13 from T mobile or a new Iphone 13 or even Iphone 14. Can this be done without costing a fortune… my monthly bill is $160 for all my lines and I really don’t want it to increase too much. Any input would be great.
I’ve spent at least 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile this week. It started when I stopped receiving my regular voicemail alerts on my iPhone in the native phone app on my 12 mini, and started receiving voicemail-to-text, a feature I never wanted, but included in Magenta Max. I only found out after the first tech completely nuked my voicemail that the only way to suppress that feature is to BLOCK it from your blocks page. OK, fine. The problem is that I receive zero notifications for voicemails, and my voicemails auto-delete unless I select to save them. They told me to contact Apple support, but it’s clear from Apple support that the voicemail is controlled by the carrier (T-Mobile), so this is something they have to fix.Does anyone know how to get someone from T-Mobile to fix this?
