Dropped calls in Lake Oswego Oregon are getting worse - 2 hours on phone with Tmobile got nowhere

The cell service to my house used to be OK, but within the last 6 months we get one bar and dropped calls all the time. I called the “service” department. Got a representative in India or someplace. They took 45 minutes to transfer me to someone in what sounded like the Philippines. That person could figure out what a dropped call was, though she kept telling me how bad she felt.I live in a high density town with plenty of cell towers, and it looks like service crews are up on there tweaking things all the time. So, what happened to so that I can’t use my phone at home any more?More importantly, why has sent all the service calls overseas to people who don’t understand the problem and have no way of passing the problem to someone in T-Mobile who can do anything to fix it?Get your act together T-Mobile!

WHY punish good customers?

Why is T-Mobile so concerned about using the Internet tower wherever they want? It uses it’s own number, and people are paying for the service.  Customers have a phone account and pay for this account. Whay make ity difficult on your good customers.

No Network.. It says SOS only

I have done all the normal troubleshooting protocols to reset the network, and still nothing. I am only able to use my phone on my Wifi which is with Spectrum. All of the five phones on my account is experiencing this issue. Please advise.

losing connection

Seriously, thinking about going to another Internet provider every single day a lot of the systems that use Wi-Fi in my house I have to reconnect put in my password again and reconnect because it just doesn’t hold it and that never happened when I had another provider for Internet never I can’t even stand the hassle of that

Missing texts on multiple lines - no record in usage report

My wife and I both have Pixel 7 Pro phones with the latest updates installed.  We are both in a group text with 2 other people who both have iPhones on Verizon.  We’ll call them Bob and Sue for context. Two nights ago, she received a message in the group text from Sue and I did not.   Looking at usage reports on T-Mobile it shows a record on my wife's account of the message from Sue’s number but looking at my account it does not.Today, I received a message in the group text from Sue and she did not.  Again, looking at usage reports I see the message on my account but not on her account. Based on this, I am assuming that this is NOT something with our phones as T-Mobile systems don’t even show these messages in the usage reports.I’d contact support but I’m not sure it would get anywhere and likely they would pass the blame to the other carrier or say it was our phone or the senders phone. Thoughts? Anyone have this happen?

BAD SERVICE

T-mobile I will never ever get their service again.  Every month for the past 3 months I have had terrible service from them and each time that profusely apologize and the problem persists. ON May 2, 2024 I called and spoke to a rep to pay for my $60 unlimited plan and they put me on a data plan.  On the same day I had to call them at least 4 times because 2 hours later I still did not have service.  3-4 hours later I received service.  ON May 5, 2024 I get a text saying I have used 80% of my data.  I then spoked to 3-4 different reps assuring me that I would have my unlimited service.  A supervisor called me evening of the 2nd and the 5th assuring me that my unlimited service had been restored and please do not give them a bad review.  ON May 6th my services were off along with a text saying that 100% data had been used.  I called and was again repeatedly apologized to with them saying it was their error and that the ticket had been escalated.  At the same time I do not have service a

T-Mobile network issues: LTE signal/bars but no network connection, unable to login to T-Mobile app

My phone internet network stopped working. Account is paid on time every month.  I restarted, turned off and back on wifi, mobile data, etc. Phone calls cutting out excessively to where people are hanging up cause they can't hear me. Only some success when I'm at home using home WIFI. Home WIFI-my bars are full and reflect 6 symbol. Been on hold with T-Mobile for 50 mins, waiting for a response, but I'm afraid they will hang up due to reception, as well.

Wireless network. Name/password change

I renamed my home  network for ease of reference.  I also revised the password so I could connect more easily than use the password that came from. TMB on the Gateway label.  I got  my tablets connected   via  wireless but now I need to connect my smart TV to the Gateway network, and the connection keeps failing when the password is halfway e there (4 words. Interstate by periods.   How can I change the ID name as password to shorten them?

Managed network and enterprise messaging on a Consumer Account

I have an account 13 days old on days 3 with the account 3 things happens simoltainusly 1 My primary account Holder label disapeard  2  five  managerd  add ons became available to me and they  all seem business related inclouding enterprise messaging that tells you in details that your employer needs to enable it for it to work and 3 a managed network which means only one thing that someone came remotely access my device without authorization or consent when I call them they had the audacity to say that those features are standard  with a consumer acount

T mobile randomly changes my IP address and some thing called CloudMark blocks my emails.  Been on hold for over an hour.  Anyone know what to do?  Thanks so much.

not receiving text messages

started out as an Iphone issue and not getting messages from Iphones, now I’m having the same issue with Android as well.. asking people with both types of devices to text me and not getting anything.. funny though, signed up for this T-mobile page, and it had to send me a text message and that comes in just fine!! anyone know why text messages are not coming in. been to two separate stores, and they both played around with network settings, and even installed google messaging. starts working while standing there at the store, and now less than 24 hours after being at the last store for help, and messaging is not working at all..  any thoughts if this is a phone issue or network??

Can't receive SMS (can send, send/receive iMessage)

Hey folks - so I haven’t been able to receive SMS messages for approximately 3 days. Here’s what I know: I spent 2 hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer support doing all the settings checks, resetting the network, changing the tower, etc on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. She escalated to engineering support and said someone would get back to me in 72 hours. She mentioned going to a T-Mobile store so I did that. They also checked all the settings and did the network stuff. Didn’t resolve. They changed the eSim. Didn’t resolve. I got desperate and upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. They said they weren’t sure if it was the phone or the service but thought it was probably the phone. Reader: it was not the phone. So now, I have a brand new phone that also doesn’t receive SMS messages. T-Mobile store associates told me to call Apple. Called Apple. Support escalated me pretty quickly to a “senior advisor.” The senior advisor did diagnostics and phone checks (again, the phone is now 3 hours old).

T-mobile should be clear on the ACP program

T-Mobile is falsely claiming that they participate in the ACP program, when in fact they make qualifying customers cancel their T-Mobile internet and open a Metro account in order to get their ACP credit, therefore the credit is accepted by a third party and not T-Mobile.

slow connection

What changed? I’ve had the new T-Mobile Internet for 8 months now. It’s been working really well until this past month. I keep getting “Slow Connection” on my screen when im in the same room as the device. I hope this gets figured out soon.  Staunton, VA

As of Sept 11 my alarm systems stopped sending me notifications via email to sms utilizing NUMBER@tmomail.net. After some troubleshooting we have concluded that the email system is failing: Could not deliver message to the following recipient(s):Failed Recipient: NUMBER@tmomail.netReason: Remote host said: 452 4.1.0 server temporarily unavailable AUP#MXRTIs anyone else experiencing this issue? Any idea how to fix it? How to escalate it? We will be missing security/fire/medical alerts!

Service outage in Phoenix

Anyone else have no cell service? Only able to use wifi. If anyone knows how to fix this please reply. Customer service says their team is actively working to fix this problem in the Phoenix area but it’s been like this for 12+ hours….

Is it possible that T-Mobile is finally getting more accurate on converage maps ?

Is it me … or does it appear like T-Mobile only updates their coverage maps with real dead zones when they have a mandate to … fix it ?For ~5 years, (TBH, since the old ‘verified coverage, as well as the ‘green’ maps), T-Mobile has stated - with the full fury of T-Mobile’s executive response team, office of executive management and people like John Saw/Neville Ray that ‘Our engineers have verified 5G and LTE extended range coverage’ at specific addresses, while showing it on their coverage maps and … stating that there are “No updates or enhancements” planned.Now, after more than a ½ of a decade and obtaining this in writing … T-Mobile now shows all of these areas as … “No Service”.  The ‘Happy Hill’, ‘West Village’, and ‘Marine Terrace’ areas have not had service in +10 years.  I’m not sure to be happy that T-Mobile is finally getting accurrate (which they have claimed they always have been) or that I’ve been gaslit for quite some time by their executives. I’m sure that there will be

Good signal/bars but no or weak network connection

Dear T-Mobile Support,I am writing to report a significant issue I've been experiencing with my T-Mobile service over the past few weeks. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I have noticed that whenever I visit the area around Walmart and Sam's Club on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake, VA, as well as other stores in that vicinity, I encounter severe data connectivity problems.Despite having a full 5G UW (Ultra Wideband) connection, the data service is almost nonexistent or incredibly slow to the point where it becomes unusable. This issue persists across different locations within that area, which suggests there might be a problem with the tower servicing that region.Could you please investigate this matter? It seems like the tower in that area might need maintenance, or perhaps the capacity needs to be increased to handle the traffic more effectively. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some insight into what’s going on and what steps T-Mobile is taking to resolve this i

Issues with calls connecting to Centurylink landline.

Every time I call my parents who have a century link landline the phone will ring, and then the call will drop. When my parents call me back. I'm able to answer their call and talk to them like normal. Is anyone else having this issue?
