GROUP TEXT ARE NOT WORKING, NOR TEXTING TO CERTAIN CARRIERS

I have reset all the network settings, done all the troubleshooting but it's still not working. It seems there is no group texting at all, and the only people who can get my text are Tmobile or ATT carriers. My daughter is sitting next to me and has Verizon, and no texts are going through to her. Also I can see the group text and everything they are saying, but no one is receiving mine! I chatted with Samsung customer service for 45 mins. This is def a T-Mobile issue. HELP!!

Account Displaying the Wrong Device

I recently upgraded my device and the device displayed on my T-Mobile account is showing the wrong device. It’s not the old one, it’s a new model that is not mine. I reached out to customer service a few times and they do not know why. My new phone works fine. Anyone else have this issue and know a fix for it?

Is anyone's vehicle being affected by T-Mobile sync up Drive I took mine out killed my battery after one year and now I'm having problems with the starter and battery so I took it completely out

Battery drain

I plugged the T-Mobile sync up in my 2017 Cadillac CT6 and left it there. On the next start several days later, a message popped up saying to check the charging system because of a low battery. I had changed the battery a few months before but I took it in to the dealer and they said there was no problem with the charging but the battery seemed bad. AAA said the battery was good. As a precaution I removed the sync up whenever I don’t need it. I’ve also used this same sync up in a 2021 Buick Enclave and a 2010 Suzuki Grand Vitara without a problem but I continue to remove it when parked overnight.Has anyone else had a car battery drain while using a sync up?

Hello There, I’ve requested multiple times ove rthe phone and also via chat to unlock my 5G mobile hotspot and everytime I hear request has been submitted and still the device is locked.I’ve paid it fully and also removed / cancelled the service with t-mobile and it is still unlocked? Is there a resolution for this?

I want to thank employee Camryn at the Ellisville, MO store. I had a drowned phone, just had surgery, and came into the store in tears. She got me a chair I could sit in, tissues, and was the nicest, caring, employee we have experienced there. She took the time to get my new phone up and running and everything transferred, as well as making sure I could log on to my important things. Thank you so very much Camryn for being the steady in my storm on 10-2-24.

Unlocked phone was locked and I want it unlocked now

I purchased a factory unlocked galaxy s22 from best buy nearly two years ago and had a no contract phone plan through Metropcs, which later, years after I signed up with metropcs, became metro by tmobile. I canceled my service with Metro by Tmobile and started a plan with xfinity mobile but I am unable to switch my esim because it says my device is locked and ineligible for unlock. ? Tmobile doesn't own my device and is holding it hostage. I need to be able to communicate with my family and business associates and you are directly hindering that. I will never use your mobile or other service and will always go out of my way to recommend that others find a better service provider, one that won't try to hijack and their device without their knowledge. When Tmobile took over they locked my phone to their network and now I am hearing that I need to provide proof that I didn't purchase the phone from Tmobile? The phone was not purchased from a mobile carrier at all for this exact reason. S

Do I get a "no cost" exchange for a Arcadyan router

Do I get a "no cost" exchange for a Arcadyan router because the contacts on the power connector of the router are worn that it is not making contact with the connector of the power cord. I have pictures of the connector. It is not lose or broken or dirty. It is worn the tips of the gold contacts from simply plugging it in and unplugging it. I think that it was a poor design choice to put a usb-c data port right next to the usb-c power port on the router motherboard. Do you think every person plugs it into the correct port every time? That's not how you do it. I think there are several issues with this device but I'm not on the payroll. I'm sure someone has pointed them out already anyway. I'd sure like to exchange this defective router so I can get my Internet back again. Doesn't feel good paying for something that's not working.

Syncup Kids Watch issue

Bought a used syncup kids watch to replace a broken one. After getting the sim activated, can't pair with the app. Says it's registered with another user. Messaged the person I bought them from and he bought them from someone else and resold them. T-Mobile can't work around this problem apparently. Anyone have this issue and has been able to correct it?

Does anyone know how to backup or download pictures off of a T-Mobile SyncUP KIDS Watch? My son has taken a large number of pictures on his watch and I'm trying to see if there is any way to get them off in bulk.

Issues adding contacts to SyncUp Kids in T-Life

Is anyone else having issues adding contacts in T-Life for SyncUp Kids? I get all of the way through the process (name, phone number, “friend”) and then the contact won’t save. Super frustrating for a brand new device.

Mobile Phone Hotspot not letting me play multiplayer games

Hello, so I just started using my Mobile Phone Hotspot to play video games on my laptop(League of Legends, Apex Legends, Battlefield) and initially I had no issues. It was working, but now that I got more speed so I won’t lag, my multiplayer games won’t connect. My hotspot works, but it’s not communicating with video game servers. I looked into it and apparently it deals with porting but that was a few months ago. My games were working just a few weeks ago and now wont connect just recently. Is there a fix or a setting I can do?

PC can't find wifi from gateway

I have a Dell UFOO Inspiron 5488 Desktop. New out of box. It does not list the Tmobile wifi. Can't find it to connect. After being on the phone that seemed like an eternity with the TMobile rep, we could not find a resolution. We tried everything. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Trying to avoid calling Dell !!!

Can't Change Administrator Photo in T-Life

Hi, I’m setting up a syncup watch for my child and put in my contact info in the t-life app as the administrator. I want to change my profile photo, but every time I try I get “Something went wrong. Please try again.” error message. I’m doing this in the manage watch contacts setting. Is there somewhere else I can do this or a different setting? I also get the same error message if I only try to change avatars. I tried deleting the watch, deleting the app and reinstalling, but the same original avatar showed up and I can’t change it.

PDP authentication failure

HI y'allFor the past few days I can't connect to data at all and get pop-up saying "PDP authentication failure" On my iPhone4.I can still call and do sms.I have North America plan and in Canada for couple of days. I come here quite often and there was no issue before until few days ago.Ive done couple of thing trying to fix this including-Switch on/off-Sim in/out-Update to latest OS-Restore iPhone-Hard reboot-Switch roaming carrier-Check APN I put my SIM card to other iphone and still getting PDP error so it's not a devise problem.Called customer support but no solutions what's so ever. My account is in good shape.One thing that comes to back of my mind is, I receive SMS from T-mobile saying they have implemented some extra feefor Prepaid customer.... blah blah,,, and since I'm on monthly plan (I was with prepaid plan before) I thought it's weird and eraced the text.So it could be technical glitch on account problem? please help.‌

I'm not at all feeling like I'm a valued customer at T-Mobile anymore

Anyone else feeling less valued as a customer ever since they exported their call centers out of the United States? I am being ripped off, this is my worst customer service interaction with any business I have ever had in my life! 3 times I was supposed to receive a callback, in 3 days! They are becoming more deceptive, unethical and dishonest! Problem still not resolved! I might need to get an attorney!

Here comes the vent. about a month ago I canceled my T-Mobile account which had me and my ex-girlfriend on it I wanted to switch to Mint mobile my girlfriend stayed with T-Mobile but they made her get a new account since I was the account holder. I was told that once I pay off my phone and my ex girlfriend gets her new account then my phone would be unlocked and I would be able to take it to Mint mobile. I found out after I had already canceled my account and paid off the phone that the phone would not unlock. since I don't have an account anymore it is very hard to get verified with anyone from T-Mobile I've had to be in a T-Mobile store while talking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone so that the person in the T-Mobile store could verify that I was me and so that the person on the phone could submit a unlock request which I have done three different times!!!! this issue has been escalated three different times also. the device is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and the reason code
