It was announced over a year ago Today John Legere sent out a Tweet saying that T-Mobile is “saying yes to FM chip” and that the magenta carrier will “push our OEM partners to support!” The Tweet is in response to a campaign from NextRadio, a mobile app that lets you listen to radio stations on your smartphone, that called for T-Mobile customers to let Legere know that they wanted a working FM chip in their phones. Hi, I looked over the internet to see if there was something i was missing. I just upgraded to the v2 as the original cellspot stopped working 6 months ago ( just green power light nothing else) The new one started with green flashing power and amber flashing internet. I had originally setup through my archer ax21 router but after two days switched to plugging directly into the modem. (a tplink tc-7620) and plugging the router into the lan port. Now i have green flashing power and solid amber internet led.I called customer support and that was fruitless. After 20 minutes of telling the person on the phone that she doesnt have a script for my question she checked with her colleagues and told me that xfinity comcast doesn't block customers ports. ( Not entirely true as there are about a dozen ports they do block that started way back with the sasser worm iirc). I have tried various port scanners and the results are mixed but it seems to say that the ports are open but filtered? No expla
I have an unlocked Netgear Nighthawk M1 Router I got from Amazon, new.I subscribed to two unlimited data plans, for my two locations of work, one with static IP and the other without.My non-static IP service was originally attached to this router, but a couple of months ago it quit working. By not working I mean the signal is fair to excellent, but it says "mobile broadband disconnected". Essentially not able to get an external IP address.So as part of troubleshooting, I swapped sim between this router and another and swapped APN config, and both worked. And them I swapped back, and this router (Netgear M1) wasn't working again. That's when I knew Tmo blocked this router for fast.tmobile.com APN.So I had to use the static IP sim in this Netgear M1 Router.Now, my static IP sim (b2b.static APN) won't work anymore either, and my subscription line support tells me that the sim is active and working.So my question is:. Hi, From couple months ago after I updated my phone from Android 10 to 11, my camera has stopped working. Any apps that uses camera will crash right away. I’ve read online that several other people who had this issue was able to resolve it by going back to older android versions, but unfortunately the t-mobile version GM1915 does not have a local update option and therefore no way to downgrade the android version to an older version. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and if there has been a way for them to mitigate this issue some how? Thank you.

Why is it so difficult to initialize service on an Apple watch at t-mobile? Using the watch app, the t-mobile initialization FAILED I had to sit in a chat with t-mobile support for two hours. C’mon, the watch app probably posts IMEI and eid of the watch, all t-mobile has to do is provide a choice between $5 and $10 service.My wife’s watch unpaired from her iphone. When I used the watch app to pair, the paring failed - you guessed it - on the t-mobile step. T-mobile has known the IMEI, eid, and telephone number for three weeks, re-pairing should be easy. I’m on _another_ call with support and have spent 45 minutes just communicating basic information. t-mobile need to fix their integration with the apple watch app.
My husband has always used a flip phone but is now ready to try a smart phone but I am nervous about it and not sure what to get him. I started with a Blackberry and then have purchased IPhones ever since so I need to be able to help him but don’t want something too difficult. Any suggestions?
I am interested in buying the Google 6 Pro. Can you tell me what’s the best deal either through Google or T Mobil? I’ve read that T-Mobile offers spot deals that are better than the normal ones. We’re upgrading my dad from an old 3G flip phone. His SIM card is the large format so it won’t work in the new phone. The Samsung Galaxy S22 arrived today from T-Mobile and didn’t come with a SIM card. Do I need to get a new physical SIM card for it or will the built in eSIM work?
Youtube does not play on mobile data; however, works perfectly fine on wi-fi. I already tried all options related to software on my phone (iphone XR) and nothing seems to help. I also reset all settings on phone. There is no web guard or family mode in our plan. I also already tried the steps in the troubleshooting for “internet and data issues” with no success.
after i updated my phone to android 12 my service got so dam bad i wish i dint do it my z fold 3 is slow and the service is patchy and im tired of talking to a rep it seems all i get is a reset your phone and that could help this a 1800 phone i might get rid of it and get the galaxy S22 ultra if this phone does not get any better
By any chance, do you know how to do forward call only from selected caller, e.g. 1-508-987-6543, to phone number 1-207-123-4567 on my T-Mobile Android phone? These two phone numbers are not real, just examples. Note, it is not general call forwarding, it is forwarding only from selected caller.If you know how, please provide detailed instruction/link. If not, maybe you know name of the application to do it?Thanks.

I got my son a synchup watch about 5 weeks ago. He has barely used it because he is on Summer break and home with me. It won’t charge. The charger has been in the same place since we got it. No damage to the watch. Naturally, I didn’t put insurance on it, since it would be the same price as the watch anyway. So, now I’m stuck with this line and no device.
I have recently bought a LG G PAD 5 (pre-owned) and I am not in USA and I am unable to use mobile connection as it says not allowed, it is showing SIM signals without any SIM installed and mobile networks button is also disabled. Please tell me what to do.Thanks and regards
