Moronic instructions for Mesh set up

So got the Mesh box to set up today with a new gateway. Following the instructions on the website, they Video of the T-Life app being used to set up the Mesh access point is completely incorrect. All the tabs shown in the video on the url www.t-mobile.com/meshsetup. look ABSOLUTELY nothing like my T-Life app running on my iPhone 14.  These instructions are horrible and the tech in the Philippines I spoke to on the phone was completely useless. After fighting through 30 minutes of language barrier, the tech told me to bring both my home Gateway G4AR and Mesh Access Point to a store for one of their techs to set up since the instruction on the website, box (QR code scan gave me “ No useable data found” are both completely incorrect.

HOW CAN I UNLOCK A OLD TABLET .

I have a old tablet that I'm trying to unlock to use with a different SIM card it claims that it's an old T-mobile tablet but I actually got this tablet from the Free Library of Philadelphia I'm trying to figure out how do I unlock it since I no longer use T-Mobile and I don't even have a number or anything else for this tablet I just wanted to use it for the internet if anybody have any ideas could you please let me know ASAP this is Cowboy hee-ha0929 thank you very much and have a blessed day.

New TMobile wifi user…Cannot connect my HP Envy 5530 e-all in one Printer to Network

Hello Everyone..I’ve read previous post and created New Network Name…It shows on my printer screen, and loaded my password and it says connection FailedIve returned to previous setting….and even manually loaded in my New Network Name with password and continue to receive Failed message…any other advice you can provide?Otherwise love this new T-mobile WI-FI  …thanks !

Can't view detailed bill

So this has been going on for a while but I just stopped trying. Now I really need to print out that detailed bill for work purposes. On the tmobile app (Galaxy s22) when I click on the bill tab I can see the basic bill. When I click on view detail bill (pdf) it downloads but the a pop up says that I cannot open the file because I have no app to open it with. I have Adobe and opening pdf files is not a problem on any other program. Anyone have this happen and a fix for it? Thank you

Poor video quality over text

Recently switched from Verizon. All videos sent via text seem t be really poor quality and small. Any way to adjust? Used to be on Verizon and iphone to iphone were good. Between iphone to android were poor. Now all seem poor.

I finally received t-mobile sim card, I inserted it into my phone, I called team mobile 877-207-8048 to activate sim card, as instructed via team mobile email, the first agent cancelled my temporary phone number prior to sending verification code text as a result i was NOT able to activate sim card because my identity could not be validated, I was transferring my att phone # to team mobile.First agent yuki never called me back after having me restart the phone and cancelling temporary t-mobile phone #Second agent Carol informed me that team mobile store could only activate the SIM card. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I hung up due to the long wait timeThird agent Rafael repeated Carol’s instructions to visit team mobile store, I asked for a supervisor, Mayen, after a 15 minute wait, I reported the level on incompetency of agents. Mayen’s customer service skills did not restore any faith in T-mobileI can only say t-mobile started off on the WRONG foot.Exasperated

Unidentified 'RDK-B-GW' Device Showing on G4AR Gateway - Need Help!

Hi,I have the white G4AR gateway, and I've noticed a strange device that always appears as connected via Ethernet. I'm certain of the number of devices connected both via Ethernet and Wi-Fi, and this device doesn't match any of them. The device is listed as "RDK-B-GW" and shares the same IP address as the G4AR, but it has a different MAC address from the gateway. This unknown device shows up under the “Connected Devices” list when I use the T Life app (which was recommended as a replacement for the T-Mobile Internet app). However, it does not appear in the “Your Devices” list when I log in through the T-Mobile Internet app.I've searched online for information, but all I find are numerous T-Mobile ads without anything specific about this device or its possible connection to the G4AR. Does anyone know what this device is and how I can remove it? Is it possibly an internal or "ghost" device within the G4AR that’s incorrectly displayed as a separate entity with a different MAC address? The

T-Life app

Whenever I try to open the T-Life app on my Samsung flip 6 it will go through the Authentication, say hello to me, and then shut down. Anyone else having that trouble and how did you correct it? I have  uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned the phone off then back on - nothing has worked.
