I just spent five hours jumping through hoops to get a rebate that can only be used online. I have no use for an online rebate it will not allow me to convert the rebate to cash in anyway and the manager of the local T-Mobile store had an attitude with me while I was in there on the phone with customer service because three of them were helping one family and ignoring me. On top of that my Wi-Fi at home is constantly going in and out and I can't get anyone on the phone with customer service to save my life. I added my rebate card to Apple Pay and surprise! It was declined. I will be finding a new phone company and Internet company as soon as humanly possible. Please avoid T-Mobile and less you want to be ripped off and lied to.

I was with AT&T for the past 10 years, but I recently switched to the go5g plus plan solely for the included international services which is important to me as I will be in Barbados for 20 months for school. However, my coverage has stopped within a month of being a customer and the t-mobile support has not been helpful at all. I have not received any clear answer as to why my service has been cut. I have only used around 2.26GB of my 5GB international data. This is really frustrating as I have to rely on Wi-Fi now, but Wi-Fi is not readily available everywhere. Many of my peers who have t-mobile are also experiencing this issue while in Barbados. The local service providers here are all working fine, and we are all at a loss as to why t-mobile is the one service not working. My peers with AT&T or Verizon all have normal cell service, but not T-Mobile. As a new customer, this is frustrating and makes me question if I should go to another carrier where service is stable.
is there a way to get connected online to stateside customer service people? when i connect to the international ones, they seem to have been trained to say as many useless phrases as possible.. from irrelevant compliments on package choices, to repeating with endlessly long sentences anything you say, to using an almost imcomprehensible sing-songy voice. it’s maddening. a simple question leads to many minutes of endless strung together sentences, which often are unrelated to the question. it’s not the people’s fault, but they are somehow trained on this useless overtalking style which just leaves you waiting for minutes on end for them to finish, and then have to start all over again as they often don’t understand what you just asked. i’ve heard that using the tmobile app gets youstateside help is this true?also.. why are these people trained like this?
I have had the same Simple Choice plan with T-Mobile for many years, and have never had any issues with making international calls when abroad (over wifi or otherwise). I am currently in Cyprus for several months (where I have been before, and, again, never had any issues) and suddenly I am unable to make and receive phone calls. Texts are working. The calls seem to go through, but both parties are unable to hear anything. I have turned on data roaming, I have enabled wifi calling, and I have attempted to call the international t-mobile support number, but even this call does not go through. Suggestions for how to fix this? Ideas for how to get a hold of someone at t-mobile to troubleshoot? Thank you in advance!
I’d like to purchase an airalo 30 day e sim data pass for Portugal. I can buy it in US and activate on arrival in Lisbon. But my iPhone 13 Pro is locked (I have 6 more payments to make on my “free” phone). airalo faqs say I need the phone to be unlocked. I’ve used T-Mobile internationally before and find it very slow. Because I’ll be driving and using maps/waze I’d really like the local connection. Can anyone recommend a way for me to get this phone unlocked? Or any other way to do this? Thank you.
How can I unlink sprint from my device? In short, I bought this device from someone and he told me that after 50 days, the system will automatically open some new network operator mode, and now everything is fine, but the annoying thing is the OMADM system So I need to remove the sprint files I'm tired of the LTE network content as if it's 2G I am now in the Middle East using a local SIM card. All that is required is that I need to cancel everything related to sprint because I simply do not need it here, and every time OMADM programs appear to me in content (Registering the device with the network) Then at the end of it gives me this error (Connection Error (6601)) I can not contact technical support does not support this area,
I foolishly bought a 5G router from China - the specs are great and it seems to work, only it doesn’t like my T-mobile SIM. I bought an unlimited weekly 5G sim from HT.HR (part of T-mobile). When inserted into the router it connects to the network on 5G However my PC connected (via wifi or ethernet) will not get internet through this router. If I put in another SIM from a different mobile network, it does get internet OK on the PC.There are v few settings on this router but I’ve put in the APN, and every setting I can re. PAP/CHAP but nothing helps, and ht.hr and the router supplier are no help.Oh if I put this sim into a 4G mobile phone, it will connect and give me internet as a hotspot. My idea was to try to force the SIM/Router to use 4G instead of 5G, but no idea if I can or how to do it. Any ideas?
