travel to canada over 90 days

I’ll be traveling to Canada for over 90 days therefore using my cellular over 51% out of the US. I do not want my service disconnected due to the length of time I’ll be in Canada. Is it possible to purchase  a Canadian cellular eSIM and add to my iPhone 13 for use while I’m there and then switch back to my us T-Mobile when I return?

How to check/verify roaming usage while traveling

In the past, I was able to log into T-Mobile (app and web page) to verify my roaming usage.  Total usage was displayed along with roaming usage and hotspot usage.  I no longer see the last two details. I only see total data usage.  How do I check my “roaming only” usage?Current plan is Magenta Max 55+

Currently travelling in Italy and upon arrival I received the standard welcome message “Your plan includes coverage that gives you unlimited data On Us now at faster speeds up to 256Kbps, plus unlimited texts at no extra cost!”  Just want to make sure that I am reading this correctly, I have free text and data while here? What if I make a call through whatsapp or FB?As long as I don’t make a call through the local carrier then I should not have any additional charges, correct?

I would like to say that i am a business owner for over 15 years. In my business doing what is right for my customers is at the top of the list. T-Mobile business customer service is one of if not the most unprofessional and most unhelpful customer service department i have ever used. I don't make this statement lightly.  I know that i am not the only one thinking or saying this because of the reviews for T-Mobile across many platforms. Just to be up and front hear are some of those platforms.    Comsumer Affairs 1.3 stars, Trustpilot 1.7 stars, Yelp 2.8 stars, Better Business Bureau 1.13/5 stars and there are many more from 1 star too 3.5 stars. This is evidence on how T-Mobile thinks about its customers and how they treat their customers. Question number one is “why” in this day and age would you take the chance to harm your reputation by acting this way and creating conflict. I also believe that T-Mobile has lie and done dishonest actions towards me. I have a problem that many other

T-Mobile has given me the runaround for unlocking my phone for like 2 months. Their policy apparently is 40 day usage. I was told by several agents that I didn’t need to because of my 18 years with T-Mobile. The agent said the phone is already unlocked since it’s never activated. So I brought the phone overseas to give to my brother but turns out the phone was never unlocked at all. Made several calls to T-Mobile but no result. I have 7 lines active and as of tomorrow I will take my service to Verizon  For the past two months T-Mobile agents have given me the runaround where it hasn’t solved anything. I will cancel my account after 18 years.

Hello, My daughter is moving to the Netherlands for two years and is trying to figure out what to do with her phone. She would like to keep her phone number that she has had her whole life. I read that T-Mobile will not allow you to travel and use foreign cell towers for over 90 days. What would be the best option for her in this case?

In Manage data, add-ons and benefits I cannot find any 10 day or 30 day pass plans. Did T-Mobile stop offering these 10 day or 30 day passes. I only see Monthly plans that are reoccurring each month.

When I travel to Brazil, my phone works like if I were in the US, with the exception that I pay to use voice calls, but text and the internet (outside a wi-fi area) are included. Is the same true for Portugal?
