Chelsea and Seth D made my time at T-Mobil better than I could expect. T-Mobile's Top Executives Attend Morgan Stanley, Telecom Conferences, meanwhile 50m USA Customers Try To Sort Through Yet Another Data Hack?!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been with them since 2010, and this obvious downplayed data breach puts the count at #5. The rub on this one, for me, is right out of the box (literally) the morning after, they already have their side of the story posted, every place you look online as if to say to it's affected/violated users, "hey folks, no worries, nothing to see here, we're on top of it, we've got you"!? But with that, no individual emails or sms notifications were sent to everyone hit by this attack on our data and privacy, and no update since their "opening  statement"? What's it been like 3 weeks now since t-mobile's most-recent Allowed B & E (on our data & privacy) and the cat must've got their tongue or something, cuz they've been tight-lipped, and ain't sayin' shi#  to us about money or legal recourse, or who to contact and how to submit a claim forms. Does this concern anyone else? My fiance' has been with AT&T longer than my t-mobile tour (almost 15 yrs.), and

Is the Sonim XP3plus the only phone with FM radio available from T-Mobile right now?

I decided to go back to using my Google Pixel 5a recently after using my ol’ flip phone ZTC Cymbal Z320 for a whole year. But I’m really missing that FM radio again as I don’t get any Wi-Fi or data at work. That, and I’m paranoid and want an FM radio on me, but I haven’t found any portable radio that fits in my pocket along with my phone, wallet, keys and everything else in those pockets.Is there any new Android phone (or iPhone, but I know there’s no iPhone) with an FM (and AM and Shortwave and ATSC) tuner right now from T-Mobile?

Unable to shop on tmobile site

For the past 18 hours I have been unable to shop for a new phone on the tmobile.com site. When I go to the site, both on my laptop and phone, I get the following message when I click Shop now on the main page:  {"code": "General-1004", "userMessage": "Gateway Timeout", "systemMessage": "Gateway Timeout", "detailLink": ""} This has been happening for the last 18 hours. To be clear, this is the only site I am having this issue with. I’ve tested access to many other sites, and no issues whatsoever. As a new customer, I am stunned by this. I tried to initiate a chat with customer service, to alert them to a potential system problem, but they seem unable to discuss or understand the matter. They began asking a series of elementary questions, clearly reading off a list, that had nothing to do with this. Has anyone else experienced this inability to shop recetly? To be clear, other areas of the site seem to behave normally. This is only happening when I click Shop now.

Is it too good to be true?

I got two calls in two days about “50% off your bill” with a call back number. It sounded like the official T-Mobile call tree when I called back. I was offered a promotion with a one-time payment of $600 I would not owe another payment this year. The following two years would be $100/mo which is about half my usual bill. I know if it sounds too good to be true that it most often is too good to be true. Is this a thing? Am I being gullible?

T-Mobile App useless

I have two accounts which are linked to my T-Mobile login: 1 postpaid with 3 lines and 2 prepaid.  When I log in to my T-Mobile account (web or on the App), I have to choose which account I want to manage.  On my T-Mobile app, when I select one of the prepaid accounts, it goes to another screen which asks me to Login! I think I asked this issue with a T-Mo prepaid representative and I believe he said that the App does NOT work for prepaid accounts!  What the heck does the App bother to show the two prepaid accounts to select from if it does not work on those prepaid accounts? This is stupid app.

I went to the T Mobile store in Fall River Massachusetts on pleasant st.Paul Sauvageau  was the expert that helped me with my many issues, and he was amazing. He was able to support other members in the process, which I thought was awesome because he was always pleasant, professional, and respectful. I just wanted to say thank you to paul for being their and being great.

Please explain why a call that came to my IPhone 12 and was marked as a Missed Call (red text) and was check marked as being received by the TMobile carrier, is not showing up in the Usage log? I need an official record for a court proceeding from you.

If yes text ( YES ) to this number (312) 970-1825 and accept your $3500 ASAP grateful. I deleted and blocked this number. Any next steps?

PROMOTION CODE FOR SWITCHING

Back around May 7, 2022, hubby and I switched to T-Mobile...we were to receive a virtual mastercard of $200 per line...I have tracking numbers, etc. but mine for my number (received the text message back in May), however, I accidentally deleted it)...then hubby sent me his through text and I accidentally deleted that as well...I logged into my account and got the credit card information for his phone, but I cannot locate the one that I had...any help with this would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Michelle

What flip phone to get Grandpa?

Grandpa fell in a ditch and ruined his Alcatel Go Flip 2. That phone wasn’t the greatest anyway and we liked his ZTE Cymbal Z320 a lot better.Now there are 4 flip phones available!?TCL Flip Go for $96 SCHOK Flip for $96 Sonim XP3Plus for $210 Sonim XP3Plus (non-camera version) for $210I also tried finding a used ZTE Cymbal Z320 but could only find one that I was sure was the T-Mobile version for almost $77.Trying to choose a phone is a bit difficult to say the least. What is the difference between these other than the price and that one doesn’t have a camera?I mean we don’t care if it has Wi-Fi or a camera or text messaging because he’s not going to use any of that. But how do we know what phone is easy to use? The Alcatel he had was a pain and we would have sent it back if there were another flip phone available at the time. Is there anyway to try these phones? I keep coming across lots of little annoyances that simply aren't worth my time to call into customer service for. It would be great if there was a webpage similar to Apple’s feedback page i.e. apple.com/feedback. Does such a thing exist for T-Mobile? If not, somebody should make it!

Problems connecting with Roblox?

Has anyone else had issues connecting to Roblox via the 5G home internet recently? We had no issues for the first week but two nights ago starting having problems. My son connects to the Roblox app on an iPad running the latest IOS (15 something).
