Whenever people ask the question, is that a good cell company to use, or is that a good bank to use, etc. Its never a good idea to inform someone, by responding, yes they are great, you should use them too. The only way to be able to accurately judge that question and give a proper answer, is by 2 standards. One, did you have any issues with that organization? And 2, how did the organization handle the issues you had. If both those answers are poorly, then it is NOT a good company to recommend. I have seen several people say i nebver had an issue, then they fail to mention they have been a customer for 3 months. And to add, i have seen that same person completely switch their view and say, of they are the worst, because something happened in the 4th month of service. Bottom line is, they are terrible. I was told NOT to join Tmobile but i didnt listen to family and friends. When i asked every one i know, none of them had Tmobile, they all had other companies. I went with TM anyway, and
wow Tmobile really sucks! I have used every carrier on the market, in 50 years and TM is the worst! The absolute worst service! The worst products! The worst customer service! Lousy service, lousy equipment and lousy assistance!
Tmobile is the worst! If i could go back one year i would never have joined them. Its easier to say what they do correct than what they do wrong, most of what i see is wrong! Lets see, the phones, issues, the billing, real screwed up, the customer service, wow, non existent, i could go on and on… cant even send in email support, have to call and spend 30 minutes, only to get to end of conversation and find out, oops i am not the person you needed, call back and get someone else and go through that all over again!!! Just terrible service!!!
Well I didn’t actually think you would have good advice if you work for Tmobile! Obviously they pulled up my account, and asked the 300 questions that they do and after 45 minutes it actually came down to me stating the problem. I open my saved contacts, scroll down to address in contacts, press Google maps and it should start showing me how to get to the address. Its pretty simple, doesn’t matter what kind of phone I am using or model, this should work with ANY phone. My phone is new though, which makes this even worse. I never had an issue finding addresses on phones that were 7 years old with Verizon, but as soon as I gave Tmobile I try 5 months ago, it works every other time.
