same here. Same thing happened to me One of the agents Gave me deceiving and misinformation. I called today and tried to get help and they told me there was nothing to do. I'm gonna make a complaint to bb. This is Ridiculous T-Mobile really needs to get it together. I was told that I would get gift cards for joining there internet I received one but was still waiting on the other one. I called to check and this supervisor tell me that I was given Misleading information. Well if that the case I would expect them to make it right . He said there is nothing he can do. I felt like the lady did anything to try to sell. Which that's not right for someone to do that. Not to mention I had to go through all this kinds of mess with the Internet when it dropped and I had to go in and take Box because it stopped working because of an update. I was out of internet for 3 days. I would have warm people Not to believe T mobile says when you're switching over. same problem
Pretty simple- in August 2021 T-mobile advertised a free iphone 12 if you port over a number and get magenta max. OK so I ported over 2 numbers from ATT and they are refusing to give me the bill credits for the iphone 12, they enrolled me in the bogus jump program instead. LIARS. They also assured me that I can bring over an iphone 11 from ATT with outstanding payments and they will reimburse, the sales agent said the promotions are compatible, no problem. When I try to register for the reimbursement they tell me “I HAVE NO ELIGIBLE DEVICE” BUT IN THE ACCOUNT THEY ARE GIVING ME BILL CREDITS FOR AN IPHONE 11 I ALREADY OWN. DUMB. THEN they are charging me for a full month of service BEFORE THEY SHIPPED THE PHONES AND SIM. LIARS. I will persist. HONOR your promotion: BILL CREDITS FOR BOTH IPHONE 12 REIMBURSMENT FOR IPHONE 11. AND THE CELL COVERAGE SUCKS! same problem ith my account said free line, just pay activation fee,free samsung galaxy table just pay the data plan.
