OK, its been over 10 weeks since the deadline for the TV Promotion.From the posts I've read, no one has recieved their e-mail notification and is getting no help from "customer service".When i can get through to "customer service" (3 hours) they do verify that i have a valid application for the promotion.T-mobile wants their money from you, on time or earlier, but seems to feel no obligation to fullfil their responsibilities in a timely maner.Just imagine what would happen if i told T-Mobile wait ten weeks and maybe I'll send you some money. :-)I realize that the upfront costs of a class action suit is not worth it for TV, but might be to teach them a lesson.
According to the T-Mobile iPhone app, there are three devices using my wifi that I can not identify. I have unplugged the two devices that I know of but there are still three unknowns connected. BTW, turning off the wifi on wife’s phone made no change to the number of devices connected. Is there some way to identify these devices? Thanks
does anyone ever have or used an external antenna for area with real low or no signal and does T-Mobile has them?
