OK, its been over 10 weeks since the deadline for the TV Promotion.From the posts I've read, no one has recieved their e-mail notification and is getting no help from "customer service".When i can get through to "customer service" (3 hours) they do verify that i have a valid application for the promotion.T-mobile wants their money from you, on time or earlier, but seems to feel no obligation to fullfil their responsibilities in a timely maner.Just imagine what would happen if i told T-Mobile wait ten weeks and maybe I'll send you some money. :-)I realize that the upfront costs of a class action suit is not worth it for TV, but might be to teach them a lesson.
OK, this is my third day with 2-3 mbps "service"!When i call its the same S, my account number and "trouble shoot". And where has it gotten me, 2mbps!T-Mobile wants their money on time, they're good at getting that right. When are they going to deliver home internet?All i want is to come home, turn on the TV and watch the news, is that too much to ask for? I guess it is. Spectrum keeps coming by, trying to get me back. I guess if i really want home internet, ill have to go back.

Is anyone from t-mobile looking at these?Is it just to placate the masses?I posted about the "service" shutting down every night at 11:30 or later. Every night for the past two weeks my tmobile home `internet` shuts off between 11:30 and 11:45! Twice yesterday.Yes, ive heard it for the past two years..... "We're upgrading". Well, after two years that sounds just a bit disingenuous, maybe?Typical speeds are 0 - 5 mbps, yes zero, and I just love seeing those ads on the t-mobile site that promise 100mbs. Now, what can I do when it goes to 2mbs... pretty much the same as I do at 0mbs, nothing. 5mbs is pretty much rock bottom for streaming on a TV.
