is the 30$ promotion a scam?

I’ve had the home internet since about 2 years ago and I paid 50$.  the 30$ promotion started and I called to have a cut on my bill and the customer service rep. told me I need it 2 more bill cycles to have the promotion active.  6 months passed and I never received my promotion of 30$ home internet.  just about a year and a half passed after the promotion and a friend got the home internet after I recommended it to him. He mentions that he pays 30$.  I checked the bill and I have been billed 45 with a lame 5$ autopay discount on it for about 17 months.  ok I’m really mad at the moment and decided calling customer service to ask for the promotion and I guess some credit since many months ago and the lady tells me that she can give me just the activation of the 30$ promotion for now and maybe a 2 month refund. At this moment I feel worst as an 6 year old T-Mobile customer than new ones. I will make sure to get this everywhere, I saw many Reddit posts about the same so must likely I will

T-Mobile RIPPED the feature from my account when that feature was ‘grandfathered’ in… Tried to get resolved for 2+ weeks … Reg customer care SUCKS!!!

Hello,I would like to pay the mobile bill of another line that was added to my account.It is kind of add-on i.e. additional line and this is the first bill whic I was trying to pay. I could see something that is showing up of $100 but not sure what is this? And why It was showing $100? I have already paid primary line but I was trying to pay the new line that was added recently to my account.Kindly suggest.

Now you want access to my bank account for me to continue to receive my auto pay discount. So if my (and the rest of us on auto pay) information is compromised the thief can drain my bank account? This seems like a huge disservice to me and all of your loyal customers. This is purely a money grab my T-Mobile. They want to save the credit card fees by screwing those of us that dropped our old carriers because T-Mobile was a “different” company. Now your plans are slowly changing to closely match the other big “screwed up” combines and now the cost is about the same so why stay with T-Mobile? Yes your map shows more pink but to be honest the phone my company provides is one of the other big carriers and T-marble works better in some areas and the other guys work better in some areas. Its really a toss up. When I call T-Mobile I used to get a local rep that was very helpful now I get the same “out of country” rep that can barley speak English and I have to repeat myself over & over an

Lines I didnt ask for.

T mobile has been charging me for over 18 months for lines I never requested. I just realized what was going on and cancelled the lines. I never used the lines the entire time I had my service. Now I want to be reimbursed for the lines due to me not asking for them. I can’t be the only person they’ve done this too.

I need to contact a complaints department who can resolve the issue with my T Mobile business account. I am tired to call them every month to ask to give the credit that was promised but not applied to my account. Please advise. Thank You!

Have I made a new record?

It had taken just 5 weeks for me to regret joining T-Mobile--is that a new record?I was told there would be no increases in fees if I switched from Verizon Wireless and started with T-Mobile, and yet after just 5 week they have insisted that I change from paperless credit card to direct bank withdrawal or debit card, or pay $10 a month more.This is just as disappointing and dishonest as was the experience with Verizon that made me leave them in the first place. So, at my  convenience I will leave T-Mobile and join one of the much less expensive services that are now being advertised.“Unfairwell” T-Mobile

Billed for phone I have returned and reconnection fees

I actually thought this issue couldn't possibly be something that is common with T-Mobile. I have been charged for phones that I have returned. I tried to return the phones at a T-Mobile store. I was told the store does not accept the returned phones. I was instructed to bring the phones to UPS with the return label and box that T-Mobile provided. I then did so that same day. I was then billed for both phones $2,400.00. I called and provided the tracking number and UPS confirmed phones was delivered to dock in Texas, and was sent within the 14day time period. The T-Mobile representative stated that they received the phones and that have just not been processed. We decided to turn off auto payment so, I wouldn't pay for phones while in process. The T-Mobile representative instructed me to continue with my regular payments and the $10 dollar auto-pay will be credited to me at a latter date and my account will not be turned off. Inconsistent Billing

Hi,  I signed up for T-Mobile back in October of 2023. Each billing cycle I have been frustrated when the bill comes in at a higher price than I was told. Every month I have to call customer service and spend about 1.5hrs on the phone to resolve the issue. Each time it has happened the Customer Service rep has promised the amount the are giving me on the phone will be the same every month, and to no surprise at this point, the bill comes in and it is higher than what they said. Last billing cycle I even lowered my Plan a tier and the rep “promised my bill” would be $81.12 moving forward. Then I get the bill for the newest cycle and its $101.12. I called in again today and I asked the rep I was speaking with if I could speak to a Manager. She told me no managers were available, but she could try to find a supervisor. At this point I tried to explain that I have basically had the conversation she was trying to have with me three times already and this would be the fourth, so no offense t

Payment plans

I was trying to upgrade my device. A few weeks ago when I was going to do it I had the option to pay the device of in installments. Now my only option is to pay the device off in full. I only have 1 item on my account left with a $7.25 balance to be paid off in full. There are no other installment plans on my account. Do you know why I wouldn’t have the option to make payments to pay the device off?

trying to create an account

I am trying to create an account for my business wifi tower. And to be able to use T-life app because I am having a horrible time with my wifi tower and it buffering. It will not stop buffering and then after a bit it finally just quits working and we have to wait an hour or so then try it again. So I was trying to get the app to see how to troubleshoot it. When I try to create an account for the t-life app it tells me to enter the code that was sent to the number but there is no code. It keeps telling me to go to: tfb.t-mobile.comBut then when I do it won’t let me create an account. I don’t know how to create an account to use the app. And since I can’t get the app, I can’t troubleshoot and figure out why my wifi isn’t working like it should.Can anyone help me with all of this?!?

T mobile Offer not honored

In December, I was made an offer to switch mobile operators. They offered to refund me the amount I paid for my phones with that operator. After that, they sent me the SIM cards and the phones, but it wasn't until January when they activated them. Additionally, I took an iPad without confirming that I would keep it.As of today, they have NOT refunded me the money. The agent handling my case says that there was an "error" when activating the lines and they cannot refund me. In addition to that, |TMobile charged me from December to January WITHOUT ACTIVATING the lines, and they have also NOT provided instructions for returning the iPad. And keep charging it into my bill.Nobody is taking responsibility for my case. My advisor is not responding to my calls, and call me on each 15 days, and the person who activated the lines late is washing their hands of it, as well.My switch to T-Mobile has been a nightmare, and it seems like they don't want to honor an offer they made to me on December.

how do I take part in class action suit for false advertising?

Like millions of other Tmobile customers, I'm sure they all remember the millions and millions of dollars spent on the "Price for Life" add campaign.   I remember the tv commercials almost word for word.  No taxes, No Fees and your your price is ser FOR LIFE!HOW DO I GET INVOLVED WITH THE CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT?

How to delete account access? Seems impossible

I no longer have any business account, when I login to the account hub it shows no accounts linked.There is a coworker who has an email in users and I cannot delete the user. There is no option to delete the account hub account? I have called support, been to the store and no one seems to have a clue.Jim

Business account local representative

I have a business account and was assigned a personal representative that actually resides in my area.It often takes her 48+ hours to respond if I get a response at all. I usually end up having to communicate with T-Mobile’s offshore customer service reps.I have asked customer service multiple times on the phone to please set me up with a new representative so I at least know when I have an issue I have someone that can take care of it.How else can I get this handled?On top of that, I have NEVER gotten a response from texting 611

This company has to be one of the worst on the planet I’d rather use cricket than this unreliable pile of garbage. I was told my line was cancelled they even had the nerve to put a heart on the message telling me I wouldn’t be billed anymore and that the line was gone just for me to be charged again and the line STILL there and when I contacted the incompetent workers about it they said I still have to be charged because there’s usage. OF COURSE THERES USAGE. I left the phone wherever and forgot it there’s background apps using data you’re a phone company how are you this useless?? I’m not paying and if it becomes an issue you will hear from my lawyer

credit on my bill 100$

I had talked to customer service for three weeks in a row 4 hours a day every other day whenever I first signed up with you guys and they assured me that I would be getting a 100$ credit card sent to me from T-Mobile for my bill, but I still have yet received it nor did it ever get credited to my account. I really don’t want to spend another 4 hours on the phone today to solve this.
