Magenta Max v Go5G Plus

When you read the comparison of the Magenta Max and Go5G Plus plans, they appear to be the same except for the JUMP! vs New in Two. I did see a disclaimer that the autopay would discount will be changing. Anyone want to shed some light on that? Also, when I logged into my account, it said I have to call to get the price for Go5G. Why? I don’t want to talk to customer service or be oversold on some nonsense I don’t want or need. Give me the price, let me do the research and make a self-informed decision.

Website Login --- Typically Broken, Why?

Google Chrome. Microsoft Edge.  For what seems like years now the ability to log into my business account is hit or miss. SO FRUSTRATING!  I love T-Mobile but this is ridiculous.For a while I could clear my cookies (which I shouldn’t have to do) to resolve the matter.Lately, I give my user, then my password. All seems well until the only thing that shows up on the next page is the footer. The address says it’s my Dashboard page. But nope! Reloading gives an error message. Back button occasionally opens my Dashboard page. But when it does take me to the Dashboard I click “Shop” and get “500 Internal Server Error”.  All I want to do is buy two phones without going to the store or spending forever talking to someone on the phone.Why is it so hard to get your website to work?Can we get John Legere back to drive home permanent fix?

Help Settling a Debt Collection

I got a final notice for my bill on April, 2022. Finally my account got turned over to a collection agency and my debt kept being built because I was going through a financial situation. My debt got sent to Convergent Outsourcing, Inc. and then I continued not paying and it got sent to I.C. System Inc. I was wondering if I can go to directly TMobile to pay for this debt. I got sent a letter from I.C. System Inc back in November, 2022 and well it's June, 2023 so I wanted to settle this debt immediately! I need a new phone and I want to open an account with TMobile immediately. I have all the bill documents with my account number and the collection debt letters to help assist with information about my debt. I just want to know once I settle this debt can I open a new account ASAP? I really wanted to get a new iphone.

TMobile scam to give free device

Be careful with very unethical practice by Tmobile to give you free device and they will tell you it is free and will start charging you a service fee. Anyone have the same issues? When I was at the stores they did this to several customers. I should know better. I’ve been with Tmobile for a long time, after this bad experience, I can’t trust Tmobile anymore. Maybe time to switch to a different company or find customers with similar issues and ask a lawyer to sue this company. It is not about the monthly fee, but it is about big corporation just get a way with unethical business practice by scamming customer.

How to get a copy of your Equipment Installment Plan?

Does anyone else have a problem getting Documents from T-Mobile Support, Stores or Business Experts?On May 26th I purchased a new iPad with a discount of $230 if I put it on 24 payments.  The store couldn’t send me the electronic documents I esigned that day.  3 people in the store, and 2 others over the phone looked at it.  Final out come, give it 24 -48 hours for everything to be available online and because it was a business purchase I should call the “Business Experts” on Monday. [T-Mobile Email and Text Paragraph]“  Thanks for being part of T-Mobile! Kids SyncUp Watch Contact Invitation Issues

I just got the new SyncUp Kids watch for my son, and I was adding in the different contacts for him to be able to have.  I clicked on the little pink + button and it allows me to add in the person.  i click in the Name box that is there, and it pulls up a little box at the bottom of the screen for me to choose a contact, so I go through my contact manager in my phone, choose the person, and it fills in their information for me in the boxes there. Then I choose the contact type, which in this case I did Friend, and then clicked the pink Next button to the next screen, where I put the name that my child calls this person (in this case it was their grandma), and then I clicked the pink button at the bottom that says Save and Invite.  When I click that button, it takes me to my text messages to that person, and auto-fills in an invitation message.  In that message it says that I added that person as a Friend contact, and that I’ve also sent my child’s contact info to them so they can call

T-Mobile Data Usage When On Home WiFi

Looking at my data usage on my plan and notice that it shows data usage when my phone is on my home wifi network? Is T-Mobile counting this data usage against my account even though it’s through my home internet provider?

Why am i not getting good service with Pixel phones?

I have a home business and have used a Pixel 2XL and now a Pixel 4a. I get terrible service. I sometimes cannot make calls, send texts, don't receive texts... Yet people can call me, although sometimes the call is dropped. Overall, my service is totally unreliable. However, my husband has a Samsung phone and has perfect service here. My daughter and my friends visit with their non-Google phones and have reliable service here.I buy my Pixel phones directly from Google for the TMobile network. I have been dealing with the issue for 3 to 4 years since starting with T mobile and every timer I have brought up the issue with tech support, I get a different diagnosis. I was pushed into getting a Samsung phone ( TMobile paid half) but I went back to Pixel because I prefer the Pixel phones. Still, I have to deal with sometimes not being able to communicate!  Any ideas on why this is happening?

Tmobile problems on my return of phone

I have been with Nextel since 1997, then it changed to Dprint and now Tmobile. So 23 years they have had my business account.  I sent one of my business phones that was in warranty by UPS to Tmobile at 13704 Independence parkway,  Fort Worth,  Texas  76177 and received confirmation from UPS that it had been delivered on January 9th.  T-MOBILE 3 days later charges me $1256.50 saying they did receive it.  Them after numerous phone calls to customer service the story changed.  They said they could have gotten it but the scan part wasn't readable and they needed more time.  7 days later I called again. They kept assuring me that the problem would be resolved. I was transferred to supervisors and more supervisors and today  was the last straw.  They basically called me a liar and said I have till the 13th of February to pay my bill or they will suspend all my lines.  I can't believe this is happening.  I don't how to get  a hold of someone in corporate to help me.  These customer service wo

My Tmobile account got sent over to a collection agency and i was wondering, if i pay the collection agency off in full will i be able to get my Tmobile cellular service back on? How long will it take after i pay the collection agency to get Tmobile service back on my phone?

Sonim XP3Plus issues: Apps: how to stop direct connect asking me to activate

I have a Sonim XP3Plus and it is incessantly asking me if I want to activate T-Mobile Direct Connect. Though I repeatedly select ‘no’ the alert doesn't go away, and pops up on my flip phone outer screen. How do I stop this annoyance? there is an app on the phone called TCD which i think is the culprit, can it be deleted. I’ve also tried force it to quit but no avail. Can someone please tell me how to silence this alert once and for all? thanksalso, it seems that when I press number keys during calls to respond to prompts (‘press 1 for yes’) etc, it isn’t heard by the other party/automated phone tree system. I can hear the numbers as I enter them, and i can see them appearing on the banner on the screen, but its as if the other end never hears it. its an impossible circumstance given how often one must do this sort of thing. ideas? do i just have a poor connection?

How do I get a copy of my phone conversation with T-Mobile?

I would like to know how do I get a copy of my phone conversation with T-Mobile?I was miss led by saleswoman in T-mobile store. When I called customer service they did a 3 way call with the store and sales rep I delt with. I would like to get a transcript or copy of conversation as evidence she lied to us. I thought car salesmen were bad, T-mobile is right up there with them

[Off Topic] Purchase site and T-mobile question Xperia 1iii

So, at this point, I'm quite set on getting the Xperia 1 iii. I'm a T-mobile subscriber, and I've been getting conflicting information on whether this phone supports VOLTE and internet calling. I'm aware that the phone supports sub-6 5G and band 71, which is fantastic.Also, it appears that Focus Camera, B&H, or Adorama are the three most viable alternatives for me to purchase. (Best Buy has been out of stock for a long time, and based on my experience with them, they may never restock). I was curious if anyone had any experience with the three websites mentioned.I'm a premium customer, and I've travelled through a region where there is no AT&T service, which is where cricket Mobile is. When I went to work this morning, I uploaded it. I can tell which towers I've visited on the maps because the last one I saw was today rather than another nearby, but there is no signal trace on the roads where I travelled. Is this a flaw? Or is my upload still being processed by the site?Also, o

Am I the only person concerned about the T-Mobile Price Increase??

So I have a magenta plan and a few weeks ago I got that nice text telling me price will increase. What really drove me nuts about it was how it was worded I cant remember the exact wording down to letter but it pretty much went like “For the First time in 10 years we have to raise the prices, Your plan will increase x amount”First off you know how insulting that is @T-Mobile?  You tell every one you will never raise the prices, then turn around and do it and brag about how it has been 10 years? Really?  You said you would do not do it so it does not matter 10, 20 ,30 40, 50 years latter  is nothing to brag about it.  ID rather you sent a text saying sorry but we had to increase your plan or please take note plan prices are going up vs your saying well it has been 10 years.  When you say you wont do something then you just do not do it..My issue is a little more depth I qualified for the promotion if you raised the prices I can leave your service worry free and no bills have to be paid

TMobile “Free” Third Line

When I first joined T-Mobile about a year ago I ported over two phone numbers from Verizon and was offered a free third line. I took it and forgot all about it. My bill was always around 150shFast forward a year I ended up taking a good deal for new phones from AT&T and ported these numbers over. I thought I was good and I just got an auto pay for 120.00 from TMobile. I called and they are still showing the 3rd line as active. However they could not give me any information over the phone as I do not know my account pin.They told me I’d have to go to my local retail store for assistance. Has anyone had a similar issue? Idk if that was just a final bill or if they are charging me for the third line..idek the number for the line as it was never used.

T-Mobile Business Internet is worse that their home Internet.

Hello all. I have been testing out the Home Internet and the Business Internet through T-Mobile. I started with the Home Internet, but I could not run my server because of the port forwarding issue. I have done research on the business Internet and found that if I switch to the business Internet that would be better because I could get a static IP and I can use my router for the port forwarding. To make a long story short I received an inseego fx2000 and pulled less on this device than I did with the home internet. The Inseego is very low quality and has small internal antennas. The antenna ports on the back of the Inseego do not work with the frequencies of T-mobile so there are no ways we can get a better connection to the tower. I’m 1.2 miles away from my tower and with T-Mobiles free devices only give me on a good day 250 mg on download and 9 mg on an upload. Most of the time I get 150 mg download and 5mg upload. I also tried the cradle point device and saw it cost $35.00 a month e

Syncup Drive on Desktop

Hi,I have a business with a couple trucks.  I installed the drives in the vehicles and it works great with the phone app. I would like to view dashboard, map etc… on my desktop (Mac) and also my front office desktop (PC).Is there a website that log in and dashboard is available?
