when did TMobile become as bad as Comcast?

So T-Mobile gave a free year of Paramount Plus and, just 4 months into that 12 months of free Paramount Plus they're starting to charge us for the Paramount Plus so we canceled it. And now they're forcing us to use something other than a credit card to pay our bill to save $5. We're going elsewhere we've been with T-Mobile for at least 12 to 15 years if not longer and they've just become too much like Comcast horrible customer service if you can reach anyone that is and these bait and switch things like the free 12 months of Paramount and they start charging you at 5 months.

I had an iphone that i couldnt find that I bought thru tmobile and now I want to assign the imei number to the line on nmy account. how do i do that?

I had a phone that I lost or thought I did, I didn't report it at the time and I now actually found it in storage and I wanted to know how I go about assigning the phone to the line so that It show on the account.

Im eligible for a phone upgrade; once i get to the payment section (i chose to make monthly payments on the phone) it wouldnt accept my card…. Can someone tell me any and all forms of payment they accept?

ripped off scam

Lied to at the store when I went to get 14 pro maxLied to by customer service after I said I didn’t want the 14 plus store said WAS SAME AS PLUS WAS SAME AS PRO MAX BUT CAMERA!Nothing but run around for MONTHS!After pro max arrived said take plus back to store they wouldn’t accept!Shipped back and they said $450 charged would be refunded.  Then another DUPERVISOR and I do mean dupervisor said oh no that’s down payment on pro max.  You owe $600+ or suspended.  These people are total crooks and scammers!

Issues returning equipment

I canceled my internet service and that created a mess. The email that should have had the shipping label attached to it, did not have one. I just got the “sad to see you go” email. When calling customer support they where unable to send me an email with a label, due to my account already being closed. The business customer support side of things even tried to give it a shot with no luck. Also the store near me will not accept the return due to me already starting the return though the mail. So anyone have any idea how to resolve this so I don’t have to buy a gateway I’m not going to use?

Call Usage

I have 4 lines.  I am able to see my call history for all 4 lines except for one.  Why would that be?  It is not an Iphone, but an Android.  It is my wife’s phone.  I can see here message but not call log.  Curious as to what my cause this?  Thanks in advance.

Im getting a replacement phone in the mail today through my device insurance, just curious about whether or not I am getting a new SIM card, or if I should be taking the old one out of my broken device and put it in the new phone ?

Device Pay back issues since October 2023.

I did an upgrade in October 2023 which I qualified for there promotion for $1000 per device trade in. I sent in 4 devices and i should of received a total of $4000 with in two billing cycles. T Mobile never made that good and keep my trade ins and started charging a monthly installment fees for my new phones, After countless calls I finally got $2000 back and I’m still waiting the the rest to be payback including a follow up calls which I never got. T mobile is billing me for  device payments  and they finally placed me on the wrong promotion that will cheap me out of $1200.00 at the end of the contract. I’m on a $700 per phone instead of $1000 per phone promotion as promised.  This has been a very bad experince for me and I will be doing a story regarding this issue with KTVZ my local news to warn others to stay away from this dishonest company! Countless promises that never happened.

Can DIGITS app actively direct calls from voicemail?

Here is what I want to do:We currently have a landline office number.  I would like to convert that to a virtual cell number from which calls can be routed to other cell phones.  The office number would have an automated voicemail wherein the caller would select an option and their call would be routed to other cell phones based on their selection. (Example:  “press 1 for maintenance issues, press 2 for rental inquiries, etc...)Can DIGITS be used in this way or is there another alternative or combination of apps to make this work?

I quite the line in May 2023, the second line was not removed by T Mobile, they kept me charging every month 101 $, several times i called to close the existing lines … nothing happed only promises , we will refund … once the full amony, then one month, and today on12/16 ..we are ready to pay  a credit !!!$ 20.17  So incompetent !!! five months passed,  you TM are due to pay/refund $ 600 since then….i did not use those lines at all,  would SOMEONE finally help me with this refund? Just spoke to David, CS… he could not help ether…  how comes you dont have a history of  costumers calls  and so. on.  Anyway i would like to request a follow up on this from your end pls. my e mail is : henryktrocha@gamail or call 818 403 1400

How to delete account access? Seems impossible to me

I no longer have any business account, when I login to the account hub it shows no accounts linked.There is a coworker who has an email in users and I cannot delete the user. There is no option to delete the account hub account? I have called support, been to the store and no one seems to have a clue.Jim

having trouble getting into contact with someone that can helo me

So I bought a new 15 pro max and I still have not received it. I bought it Nov 2nd, they were unable to deliver so eventually was sent back by UPS, the last update I have was that delivery was “rescheduled” Nov 9 at 10pm. I have not had any single update since then. UPS told me I have to contact T-mobile for further action. everytime I call customer service (t-mobile) all I’m being told is they “will open a ticket” and that I’ll receive an email it’s about to be 2 months and still have not heard anything from them. Everytime I call it is the same thing. I am so exhausted they are charging my line for a phone that I never received and they do not seem to care at all. Should I pursue legal action? I literally have tried contacting them through chat and on the phone and nothing has been resolved AT ALL.

Galaxy watch 5

Back in September 2022 I went to T-Mobile to order the Galaxy Watch and I am 99% sure that during the time the watch was on sale or maybe it was a promotion going on for it. I walked in the store and told the sales rep that I wanted the Galaxy watch and when asked which one, I stated the one that was on sale. They immediately knew which watch I was referring to. I just found out that I did not get the watch for the promotion/sales price but I am paying full price for it. When I spoke to someone about it, they had no idea what promotion I was talking about because they can’t see any of the past promotions and so I am stuck paying the full price for the watch. Do anyone know which promotion was going on at that time? Maybe with a little bit more information, I can get a discount on the remaining balance.

free phone scam?

Have been a t-mobile customer for years. Phones stopped working. We were not told, that they were working on towers. Told us we could get new phones for free, with trade in. She slipped paper work in bag. Phones price $1600. Next day we insisted they take phones back and return ours.  They refused, and said there would be 150. restocking charge. They said if we come in each mo., would credit. Store was 50 mile trip. On 1 store visit, was basically called a liar. Was told I signed printed paperwork. Not true. Called t-mobile. Was told they would credit some, but balance would be 650. Agreed to pay the 650. On next bill, was billed 1000.  I far as I'm concerned, that voids deal. I am done.  This has been going on for 10 mos. Everyone should get together and do class action law suit.

business accout - pathetic service!

As a 6 year plus business customer I called yesterday to cancel two internet towers. I have three and due to compacting our ships I don’t need two of the 3.  after the CS rep started asking me why I don’t need them and trying to talk me out of keeping them - I firmly stated I need them cancelled.  he verified after looking both were cancelled but told me I’d still be charged the 110 for this month and offered to look at my account to see if money could be saved.. after 10 or so minutes of figuring out that he could save me 30 BUT reduce my services I stated I could do better else where and I would be shopping around. He then stated he could take a look at that 110 I’d be paying and could get rid of that….  wait…. If you could get rid of it now, you could have gotten rid of it at the start.. that was a red flag… I discontinued the call. T-Mobile then sent me that feed back text. I filled it out.  today I get a call from T-Mobile - a lady. Asking about my feedback and if there’s anything

Carrier that owns a phone number

Can T-Mobile find out which carrier owns or bills for a particular phone number? I ran a search on my parents that both have passed away and found phone numbers that they never had or used but is showing on a report background report. I’m not sure how or why these numbers are showing as them ever having them or why they are showing as once owned/used by my parents so I’m checking if T-Mobile can find out, if possible, fraud involved. I doubt very much they are even t-mobile has control of these numbers, but can they find out who the carrier is so I may contact proper carrier?

First Responder upload issue?

I remember last year getting a surprise on my bill when my discount had ended and I needed to reverify my self. This year I set a reminder to do it again, but my documents were rejected (even though they meet the criteria AND are the same as last year with an updated pay stub). What is the issue? Did I try and provide my documents too early and they were auto rejected? Do I have some magic 3 day window to complete this task so that my account can be upcharged for one month of service when I miss this magical window? Does anyone know? Thanks for any help.

ALABAMA CALL CENTER UPPER MANAGMENT DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL

I call T-Mobile to set up auto pay and Alexis manager will not help me with my autopay issue, so I ask tospeak to another supervisor and Gheiana was extremely rude and also in a rush hang up on me and not resolve the issue?
